    if you are someone that has a good service with breezeline youre in luck…read more i moved into an apartment and out of the five cable companies i couldve called i used breezeline. they told me the equiptment would take 3 to 5 buisness days maximum! they shipped it on a monday. i checked tracking 3 days later my package was literally sitting a mile from my home waiting for delivery. problem is ups says it will take 6 more days to reach my home a mile away. ups says that breezeline is lying to their customers. if they wanted it here in three days , they would pay for same day mail or three day delivery. however , they sent it ground mail , which takes 8 to 10 days. so now i sit here still without cable, internet or phone, because i trusted to go through breeze line and u.p.s doesn't really care once they have your package.there's nothing you could do or say about it. so basically, breeze line get your money, knowing it's gonna take twice the amount of time to get to you that they say just so when you call and complain, they can offer you credit toward your bill. meanwhile, you still went 10 days waiting for internet. when they told you , it would take three... if you're able to go to a reputable cable company i suggest you do so

Successful. *** I try to sign in and make a payment. My pin doesn't work. Although she tells me it is the correct pin number. No text code. Internet and phone are suspended.. No way to log on and make the payment, but to drive 10 miles to Breezeline office. ***Gina does the computer transaction. After.20 min. I'm back up. *** it asks for your email, but don't think it's your email address. It's.xxxxxx@breezeline.net. How did I know, I use facial recognition to log on.. terrible time, consuming processing experience, even though Gina in the office, handled it well. I was so exasperated! Why would they shut off my phone, text, and Internet if they want me to make a payment, especially because I did everything I could to make the payment after my card was compromised. It's Friday late afternoon. Later, I get an email offering me $100 if I refer someone else. NOPE!

Connectivity is inconsistent and it takes days to get anyone out to fix issues. I feel like the month of December has been nothing but outage notifications. Also, don't depend on the WiFi working in the house! I had to purchase Ethernet cables to plug into the router for any computer to stay connected after upgrading o the $100 plan. And yes, we do have network extenders but even those can't connect most of the time. Shop around for something else before committing to this provider.

I was originally on a stable 500 Mbps plan, but after experiencing ongoing connectivity issues, I was told the solution was to upgrade to 1 Gig. This conveniently removed me from my original "lifelong" pricing plan, which already felt questionable. It came across less like a fix and more like a forced upsell. What's worse is that the upgrade didn't solve anything. My internet performance did not improve at all. In fact, it got significantly worse. I ended up completely without internet for two full days. When I reached out for support, the earliest technician appointment they could offer was several days out. For a service as essential as internet, especially for people working from home, that kind of delay is unacceptable.

I don't frequent this…read morestore often but when I do, it's usually just to the parking lot to pick up my online order. The online ordering and pick up service is great, friendly associates and it's quick! The last few times I've been inside, it's looked run down, the shelves are a disaster, the lack of music alone makes me dislike shopping there, and the super obviousness of their loss prevention team following people around is obnoxious. Another thing is the lack of open registers, any given time, you're lucky to have two manned registers open and just a handful of self scan registers available, causing long lines and even longer wait times. I understand lack of staff, trust me, but there has got to be a better way, maybe add MORE self scans and take out all the registers that can't be used due to lack of staff.

It was one of my…read morefavorite summer jobs and I continued shopping there pretty regularly for a very long time, but when the pandemic hit I more or less lost my taste for walking into a store and just browsing for the sake of it. I've only been there once or twice since, and only when I needed something very specific. Tonight I just felt like shopping, so I walked in and wandered around for a while. Unfortunately for me, I also needed to use the restroom when I first arrived. I walked in and of the four stalls in the women's room, one had an out of order sign on it, one had what appeared to be feces caked along the wall behind the toilet, a third had a toilet seat absolutely smeared with blood, and the fourth had a marginally less filthy toilet, but the trash can for feminine products was overflowing and spilling onto the floor. I washed my hands and held it until I got home rather than use any of them. Beyond that, the store itself is much less clean and organized than it used to be. I understand that some of this is probably because of the time of year and an increase in shopping, but it was a level that was pretty shocking even taking that into consideration. Boxes piled up on the floor in the middle of aisles, items spilling off of shelves and hanging out everywhere in complete disarray, carts full of items just sitting in the middle of the floor near the books and electronics sections. It made me sad to see the state of the store when I remembered what it looked like back when I worked there. I won't be in a rush to go back.
