Originally, I had asked them about wiring some in-wall speakers to my upstairs room. Andy, the owner of the company, came out and gave me a free quote for the job. He then suggested I come to their showroom to hear the various speaker options. He offered to show me a short movie in their theater as well, and I immediately thought I wanted the same thing in my house! Andy was great to work with on what would work best in the room. He was always willing to exchange emails or talk on the phone for however long it took to make sure I was comfortable with the decisions we made for the room. Andy made some excellent suggestions for laying out the room as well. He really knows his stuff. The actual installation itself was nearly flawless, and of high quality. All of the people we worked with at the company were very friendly too. When we had a small issue with the project bouncing when people walked on the floor above, they didn't hesitate to spend time coming back out and adjusting the mount. The cost for the whole project was a bit more expensive than other quotes I had gotten, but I got a very good impression that AV Experience would do a clean, professional job on the project - and they did.

They explained both options--cleaning the terminal or doing the more complete repair--and I chose to address it properly and replace the amp. Fortunately, they had the exact replacement in stock. The lead tech took the time to check the grounding connection and answer my questions without brushing me off. They also had me test the system before leaving, which I appreciated. Spending more than planned sucked, but fixing the actual problem was the right decision. Glad they had the amp on hand and took the time to explain what was going on.

All the inexplicable & hacky 2010-vintage aftermarket wiring got removed & all the proper wires got the proper connectors reinstalled. After checking the aftermarket amplifier, he connected the classic radio's amplifier to get excellent 4-speaker sound. His attention to detail was superb... he wasn't going to let any nuisance noise into the installation! While I was in the shop, I saw (and heard!) his crew working on full installations in newer cars. They were taking great care with all aspects -- and it was all loud & clear! There aren't a lot of good autosound shops around anymore. Capital Car Audio will be my go-to!

I wanted to install automated Hunter Douglas shades in our living room after having the manual shades in our sunroom office for nearly a decade (provided by another business). I knew exactly what we wanted after researching this item for several weeks, but i still had a bunch of questions for, Bob, the owner. Every question i asked he had a insightful, measured answer that made complete sense, he knew the product inside out. I made calls to six vendors in the Seabrook/Hampton NH area to solicit quotes for the window treatments. Bob was the first person i called and from the start i could tell The Blind Gallery of New England was going to be the "one". Other vendors came close to Bob's pricing but it was the level of knowledge and his friendly nature that convinced me. We arranged a time to meet, Bob texted on the ride over to tell me he was running 14 minutes late! giving me an exact ETA (wouldnt it be nice if every vendor did this!). He measured up the windows and we chatted about the install, the product and next steps. Fast forward two weeks and the window treatments are ready. We again arranged a time, an exact ETA was sent and Bob arrived on time and installed the window treatments (on a Saturday no less, this man is committed) while i watched the English premier league matches. Bob set the blinds up in my smart phone app and walked me through the pebble remote and its operation. The product is amazing, automated blinds are a luxury, i get it, but they are so nice and finish off the room exactly how i wanted it. Bob was an absolute delight from beginning to end so much so that we are now talking to Bob and his team about installing additional automated Hunter Douglas products in our dining room and bathrooms. I happen to be one of those homes. Charlie and his team installed a high efficiency HVAC system in an uninsulated attic which should never have passed inspection being that those systems require double ventilation or an insulated attic. I have been unable to find a reputable company to service this unit in all those years because of parts that were used that have been recalled or the fact that the system does not meet compliance. I have called Charlie Marshall on his personal cell phone many times over the years and have not received a phone call to discuss this matter. Therefore, I find this review to be extremely appropriate to give buyers a buyer. Beware of what you are purchasing and installing in your home since this individual doesn't seem to install things to code. This might be a one off, but Charlie had every opportunity to fix the issue and he did not.
