I wish I could give 0 stars. This place has been giving me the runaround for days. One of the…read morephones on my account was not working, had multiple problems. No big deal, it's usually pretty easy to get a replacement. Started online, and the website took me to Apple Care at Best Buy for repair. They couldn't repair it, told me to go to Xfinity for a new phone. Xfinity told me to file an insurance claim with Assurant. Assurant wouldn't let me do that because there wasn't an accident with the phone, it just stopped working and was essentially a defective phone. Called Xfinity, told them what happened and that I was being sent around in circles. They told me that yes, I absolutely do have to get a new phone from the local Xfinity store. I was wary of this because my local Xfinity store had just sent me to 2 different places, but they assured me they would note my account so I would not have any further problems. Went back to this Xfinity office the next day and was given the runaround again. They told me I had to go to the Apple Store in Manchester. I told them I didn't want to do that just to be sent in circles again, because at this point I don't trust any of them. They told me there was nothing they can do for me. Said that the apple care at Best Buy isn't really apple care, and I should have gone to Manchester in the first place. I tried to tell them that their website put Best Buy at #1 on the list of Apple care service centers by she didn't believe me and told me I was incorrect. I'm tired. I'm just going to send my phone in at this point and let them figure it out. Worst service ever!!

Wow, so I am definitely NOT the only one complaining about customer service at this store !!…read more Unfortunately, few people posted the name of the customer service rep. I needed to get another "Ultra" fast charger for my Ultra S23 so I went to the Verizon store…read morethinking it would be a simple buy. I went to the store and asked for a Speed charger, not "Ultra" but it was understood that I wanted that fastest charger. The clerk immediately picked out the most expensive FOUR OUTLET REGULAR charger for me to buy. I asked if it was a Speed Charger, as I noticed ALL the voltages on the boxes were the same and he said "Yes". I put down the most expensive choice he deliberately chose to earn himself the biggest commission and got the single outlet one. Took it home and within seconds of plugging it in realized it was a regular charger. It did NOT make the distinctive sound OR color that a speed charger makes. How does a Verizon tech not know that a phone TELLS you when it's a speed charger or not? Didn't they know they would get busted? Anyways, brought that charger right back to Verizon store and pointed this out. They didn't have a SINGLE Speed/Ultra charger in the store! Got my money back and took my business to Best Buy on the Heights and got my Speed Charger for HALF the price of even their SINGLE outlet regular charger. I have more Technical Knowledge than most of the staff and feel like I should be working there or at least paid a stipend for doing tech support on their own products. Verizon store; here is a clue, get some Ultra chargers in your inventory and stop trying to pass more expensive LOWER voltage REGULAR chargers as Speed chargers. The screen cover they installed on my S23 was a joke as well that started coming off almost immediately. Underhanded and aggressive tactics.

Welcome to Wireless Zone, where the motto is apparently: "Thanks for shopping, now bend over."…read more See, most places try to earn your business. Wireless Zone? Nah. They just slap you with an automatic $49.99 "Ready?Go!" fee for the privilege of buying a phone there. That's right, a fee to become a customer. It's like a cover charge for a store, except there's no band, no drinks, and you leave with a receipt and a migraine. And the best part? The phone costs the exact same everywhere else! You're not getting a deal. You're not getting a bonus. You're getting got. Now, if you're thinking, "Well, surely they tell you about this magical fee," ohhh no. That would be ethical. Instead, they sneak it onto your bill like a fart in an elevator, hoping no one notices until it's too late. And if you do notice? Well, if you're still in the store, maybe, maybe! you can stop the scam. But if you already left? Congratulations! You can return the phone... and pay a $50 restocking fee. Because nothing says "customer service" like charging you to undo the ripoff they never told you about. So here's a tip: if you enjoy throwing away $50 for absolutely nothing, just hand it to a raccoon. At least he might juggle it for you. If you want a Verizon phone, go literally anywhere else. Your wallet will thank you, and you won't feel like you just got mugged in broad daylight by a guy in khakis and a name tag.
