I had Breezeline for years without any issues until I moved to a less expensive service. Only one…read moretime did I have a Breezeline service person at my house, to replace a modem and repeater that had gone faulty. After a kidney transplant, I had to switch to a less expensive internet service, which for the longest time I debated. Finally, I made the switch and Breezeline requestEd the return of their equipment - which they said included the router and repeater which had been REMOVED when the replaced the faulty route. Not wanting to be charged for both, I called Breezeline multiple times to make sure this issue was properly resolved. They finally told me to just return the equipment I did have and that should take care of everything. Not having a printer and unable to drive, I had to order a printer, set it up, return it for another printer, then print out the documentation they required, then mail it. I received an email about a week later saying that the equipment had been received. Then the collection emails began arriving for the equipment Breezeline took back over a year before. Now I have to deal with another company now CHARGING INTEREST on something that Breezeline has had for ages. At this point, I refuse to call Breezeline again because they've had several opportunities to listen to me and make things right. If the "collection" company doesn't listen to me, I will have to pay for a lawyer to make someone listen. Recovering from a transplant and another chronic illness is hard enough... I can't prove that I don't have what was returned to them and I don't need more than the router I have from the new service, which works just as well and at literally half the cost. It is almost as if they are punishing me for going to a new service. Either way, I recommend not using Breezeline just to avoid this kind of blackmailish treatment to a customer who subscribed to them since they were a different company.

HORRENDOUS customer support and poor internet quality that constantly shuts off and turns back on!…read more AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Been having trouble with my internet. Moved here 2 months ago and had a tech out twice already with the third guy coming friday. This last customer service interaction was soo bad that a day later I'm still fuming. So last time, its not working. Internet keeps disconnecting everything. I have to turn it on and off for it to work. I start talking to the support lady, she gets a tech out there a few days later. Guy tells me is the cables and "fixes it" within minutes and tells me I'll "never have issues like that again." Not even a week later, same issues except now its permanently off. So I get to talking to the support lady. She tells me she doesnt see a problem on her end because its working. I told her I literally just unplugged it and turned it back on. So she tells me its working fine nothing for her to do. Then the argument ensues. She tells me there could have been an outage that caused it. I ask her if there was any outage in the area, she says no there wasnt. I ask her if it is normal for me to have to unplug my internet to get it to work for an hour or so. She tells me it could be the "pod." No clue what that is. She proceeds to dance around offering up any solution. Telling me the internet is on now, nothing for her to do. So I even said the last time they were pretty helpful and sent a tech right out when I was having the exact same issue. Her response was "im glad you had a good experience last time." Without any solution! So I said can we just skip to the part of the conversation where you help me. She said they don't send technicians out for pod issues. And then boom, internet cuts out again. She looks it up and starts telling me its not the internet thats out because I have a home security system, a playstation, and something else trying to hook up to it. I literally have to tell her all of my devices are not hooking up to the internet even though the thing is online!! Like the modem is blinking its green lights like its working but not providing service! She finally decides I am worthy of an appointment. I pull a Karen wanting to talk to her supervisor. This whole interaction took 53 MINUTES!! Never got a call from the boss either. So again, avoid these guys at all costs!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place has been giving me the runaround for days. One of the…read morephones on my account was not working, had multiple problems. No big deal, it's usually pretty easy to get a replacement. Started online, and the website took me to Apple Care at Best Buy for repair. They couldn't repair it, told me to go to Xfinity for a new phone. Xfinity told me to file an insurance claim with Assurant. Assurant wouldn't let me do that because there wasn't an accident with the phone, it just stopped working and was essentially a defective phone. Called Xfinity, told them what happened and that I was being sent around in circles. They told me that yes, I absolutely do have to get a new phone from the local Xfinity store. I was wary of this because my local Xfinity store had just sent me to 2 different places, but they assured me they would note my account so I would not have any further problems. Went back to this Xfinity office the next day and was given the runaround again. They told me I had to go to the Apple Store in Manchester. I told them I didn't want to do that just to be sent in circles again, because at this point I don't trust any of them. They told me there was nothing they can do for me. Said that the apple care at Best Buy isn't really apple care, and I should have gone to Manchester in the first place. I tried to tell them that their website put Best Buy at #1 on the list of Apple care service centers by she didn't believe me and told me I was incorrect. I'm tired. I'm just going to send my phone in at this point and let them figure it out. Worst service ever!!

I went into this store to get the info that I would need to transfer to a new carrier, but the young man who took care of me suggested that the issue could likely be my phone, not my AT&T service. I was interested in what he could do (I'd called Customer Svc numerous times but never reached ANY resolution after each hour-long phone call), and within 20-30 minutes he had performed several updates on my phone that took care of ALL the problems I've been having this whole time, 100%!! I learned a LOT about my phone just by listening to him, and I had always considered myself extremely tech savvy. Thank you AT&T retail store, you're awesome!!!!

These people are SO NICE and actually are willing to help you with any questions you have.... Lauren is seriously AMAZING! I completely trusted her with all questions and needs. She was personable and sweet. She knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to her job. I literally feel so comfortable with her not messing anything up when it comes to my cell phone, and that says a lot!! I appreciate her SO much!! The guy there was cool too :)

They don't show up on time and don't care about the quality of their work. The first time they came out they installed the dish and modem and were 2 hours late. They just came back to repair their work a month later after some ice fell off the roof and broke the cable line. How? Spliced it and left it in place for the next ice chunk to take out after the tech said "why am I here?" like his breaking 2 appointment times and being 6 hours late wasn't a problem. Whatever you do, no matter what, never, ever use Hughesnet. I was in a situation where I didn't…read morehave a choice - Hughesnet was my only option so, unfortunately, I was stuck with them for 6 years. Over that period I had chronic problems and horrible support service. My service was constantly turning off, buffering, or missing either sound or video. Just during regular post dinner viewing hours the service would shut down as much as 5 or 6 times requiring me to unplug and then replug the modem. We bought a new modem thinking that may be the problem but it wasn't. When I called service my average wait time was 20 minutes and then each service agent followed a script which was often unintelligible due to a lack of English language skills. When I finally moved and ended my service I was told that I would need to retrieve the equipment from my roof or be charged $300.00. Hughesnet said they would send someone out but it would cost me $100.00. I'm 57 and getting up on my roof was not an option. After 6 years and nearly $6000.00 spent on service I was charged for removing the equipment. Then I was told that I had to return the equipment myself - the removal technician could not take it. I was told a prepaid box would be sent to me to return the equipment and I had 45 days or I would be charged $300.00. After 2 weeks and no box I called, and then 4 weeks later I called again. No box was EVER sent. I paid for the equipment return myself. This is a scam conducted by HughesNet to squeeze every last dime from you. No box is ever sent in the hope that you will forget to return the equipment. And lastly (yes there is more), even though I ended my service on June 6th, I was charged through June 19th - a full months payment - because that is one of their contract stipulations. My contract ran from the 19th to the 19th so I was charged a full payment. Hughesnet is out to screw people, they don't care about you, your service, or fair treatment. Avoid them at all costs.
