My parents went back to Xfinity over a year ago and he still sends email with an Agape Media Solutions Recurring Invoice $9.99 I have asked that they be no longer charged but it never ends. I do not believe he is actually collecting the $9.99 because I had them get new Credit Cards. Although I am not sure about this. My concern is that someday he will continue to add up this unpaid charge and try to put a lien on their property even though they have not been a customer for well over a year. I am close to going to the Attorney General to report Elder Fraud. I would stay away from this company or any company this Derek person is related to. Seems like he may have a criminal history regarding voter fraud after a Google Search.

And they keep trying to sell you stuff while they're here as well. Well one week went by and they shut off our wireless joeys no notice. Had no idea what the problem was. Unfortunately, calling them does not help you're talking to someone from El Salvador. They said they shut off the wireless because we weren't supposed to have them. I really don't know the reason why. I have to tell you I will never deal with them again. It's too bad when you have a problem you have to talk to someone from another country. When you call the answering service they never have a reason for why it's out and never an ETA for when it's coming back up. You can't send messages to the office or to the technicians to find out when your Internet is coming back up.
