My parents went back to Xfinity over a year ago and he still sends email with an Agape Media Solutions Recurring Invoice $9.99 I have asked that they be no longer charged but it never ends. I do not believe he is actually collecting the $9.99 because I had them get new Credit Cards. Although I am not sure about this. My concern is that someday he will continue to add up this unpaid charge and try to put a lien on their property even though they have not been a customer for well over a year. I am close to going to the Attorney General to report Elder Fraud. I would stay away from this company or any company this Derek person is related to. Seems like he may have a criminal history regarding voter fraud after a Google Search.

And they keep trying to sell you stuff while they're here as well. Well one week went by and they shut off our wireless joeys no notice. Had no idea what the problem was. Unfortunately, calling them does not help you're talking to someone from El Salvador. They said they shut off the wireless because we weren't supposed to have them. I really don't know the reason why. I have to tell you I will never deal with them again. It's too bad when you have a problem you have to talk to someone from another country. Still not resolved want us to pay for them to turn it back on for the wireless. Time to move on

I would not be charged. I returned the modem and never thought anything of it. Until I find a collection account on my credit for 109$! I couldn't even figure out what it was. I called them and was told, oops that charge is wrong because you did return the modem.. but couldn't be told what the new charge would be. From my experience, I would caution and make sure to not give your social to this hole in the wall company. I am hoping the manager of this business reaches out to me to resolve this issue so I can delete my reviews.

Not the easiest to use. My company recently got a new Website Host and Optimizer so we moved our mail over to an IMAP account. I immediatly started getting Junkmail right away. I never knew the Meganet filtered the Junk Mail and just never sent it to you. Mind you I never once had an issue with a person calling me wondering if I got their email. So even though Meganet deleted the Spam it was always done right. I might have got 2-3 junk mails a week. Now I 20 per a day. Although I am not with Meganet anymore I felt that I should write a review. Great job filtering my email for the past 7-8 years. Now I realized you saved me a bunch of time.

What an amazing experience. Walked away knowing that, I again, made the right choice. Brought my mom and her friend in there the following day, Saturday, her friend was called by another Verizon retailer to come in and upgrade. Turns out they weren't being uo front. Ben, walked her through a few things and she was very happy with how she was treated. All of my lines were transferred without issue, I received all of the promised promotions and I'm saving over $90 per month. The service has been equal or better than what I had, even had service at a friend's house where I've never had service with Verizon. 3 months in and no regrets.
