He knows…read moreeverything about the industry and designed us a beautiful whole home audio system which includes an ethernet backbone which ran from the demarc to centrally located amps in the attic and then ran speaker wire to in-ceiling speakers in the living areas and a pair of all-weather outdoor speakers off our deck. He spent about an hour with me to survey the job and then delivered his quote which was spot on despites some unforeseen anomalies with our house which we know is old and unfortunately, not always up to code. Nothing seemed to ruffle him as he found positive workarounds to each issue, vetting each one with us. The end result completely exceeded our expectation. Ken really delivered and although I think he is an IT/Home Theatre savant, more importantly, he's a good person who is a kind and thoughtful of others. Best money ever spent!

I had a person on the phone who repeated himself no matter what I said. I am leaving another company as they increased their monthly rate substantially and fraudulently, but what SimpliShady offered me was much worse. BARK ! He then began to push, apparently thinking I needed that to switch. I asked him to email me the offer we discussed, declining his earlier "Core" offer, which is actually a Garbage Offer. What he emailed me confirmed they are a Garbage Company, with errors, lies, absurdities, and AI-generated slime. I emailed them back, telling them to fix the errors, else I won't switch. More GARBAGE came, fast. BARK ! Then someone wrote that they could not close my account, as I was already enrolled. Ehhh ?? I never enrolled, I don't have an account. Conclusion: I emailed them we need not to go further, I'll go elsewhere. SimpliSafe is simply unsafe. Run by freaks, AI bots, crooks, and liars. Here on Yelp, they are portrayed very accurately as TRASH. I'm going to look for a local company with good reputation. SAY NO TO GARBAGE. You deserve better.

The first time we used them the person that came gave us a lot of different options on how to fix the problems we were having which is helpful when you are trying to figure out to fit this kind of stuff in the budget. Their pricing is reasonable and I have no complaints about the quality of the work. In the past, I have had to call back electricians after they were done but I haven't had that experience with McCurdy. Communication has been really open as well which is not something I really appreciate in these kind of service providers. Most recently we had an emergency situation and were very flexible and responsive. Overall they are our family's preferred service provider for electrical work.

Once I…read moreconfirmed that I wanted to use their services to mount my tv, they scheduled the appointment really quickly and I was able to get someone to my home the next day. I could also pay and tip online. Their contact consulted with me throughout the service to ensure the tv would be where I wanted it, and he was careful to put down protective cloth so that they wouldn't leave a mess. He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. It was a little pricey, but I knew that beforehand and chose them because they had good reviews! Would definitely recommend.

I found cinemaesque after a bad experience with a "Handy" "Angi" installer that was unable to…read moreinstall two TV's leaving damaged drywall in his wake. We have a new construction ski home in North Conway that needed a TV installed on a floor to ceiling fireplace as well as on another wall that we wanted a flush look. Doug at Cinamaesque recommended to remove stone on the fireplace to make the TV look right. He was focused on making as "flush" of a look as possible.. I assumed it wasn't an option and it would be installed on top of the stone. Over the course of a week, Doug assured me he was comfortable with the job when I was nervous about removing newly installed stonework.. with the potential mess etc.. Doug was patient, gave me references and pictures of other similar jobs - all recommended Doug highly. We were on a tight timetable so when I gave Doug the go ahead, he was there within the week with 3 guys installing a 65" Samsung Frame and a 65" samsung 8K. Doug and Team used an abundance of caution while installing and removing stone.. drop cloths etc were everywhere. Doug even found a way to conceal the large 13"x3" samsung one connect box behind the tv's. (I wasn't aware of the one connect box when I purchased.. which added some complexity for Doug. He handled it unphased as a pro and figured out a creative solution. The finished product is amazing.. I can't believe how close he got the Tv's to the wall.. the Frame TV looks like a true piece of Art on the wall - not sticking out showing the TV mount.. Doug and his team left my home spotless.. cleaner than it had been before.. Doug even made sure the TV , Remote, Sonos were all programmed and synched the way they should..
