They not only fished great lengths of speaker wire over a ceiling without having to cut a single hole in anything, but programmed everything to work flawlessly. We've been enjoying that home theater ever since. They were so good, I hired them again to install a new flat panel and a Sonos Playbar in our master bedroom. This time a few things happened that I didn't expect. John reached out for feedback the day after the install and I let him know what I wasn't quite happy with (placement of the Playbar wasn't as ideal as I had wanted and removal of a cable I didn't expect them to remove). We were forced to start using the various remotes that came with the original components which was a real pain. He was patient with my clumsiness working everything and even came back to make adjustments so that it is perfect and I know how to use it. The only down side is that my husband and I are watching way too much TV and now want to upgrade to the biggest baddest TV screen we can get.
