John Sullivan at Seacoast Windows was an absolute gem! He and his team of crack window installers…read moredid a beautiful job of replacing six 84-inch tall windows of my condo in an historic 1800's mill building. These windows are huge, and had not been replaced since the mill was converted to condos in the '80's. I did go out and get 3 quotes from 3 different vendors, but Seacoast was the best quote, the most honest, wonderful people, and they bent over backwards to help. It was a dirty, complicated project made more complex by the difficulties of the tariff war. John was tireless in tracking down the Harvey windows and special trim that had to match the custom exterior trim color of the other existing windows in the building. John kept me updated regularly, and accommodated every wish the condo associated made concerning schedule and safety in the common areas. After installation, which went beautifully, they even cleaned the floors, too. Wow. If you want responsive, hardworking, competitively priced, customer-focused, skilled window installers, call Seacoast Windows right now. You will be very, very pleased.

I took it there because of the excellent experience I had there a few years ago with a sunroof replacement on a different car. They came through again! What a great team of professionals. I wanted to be sure to use OEM factory glass because of all the electronic sensors attached to the glass, and Belinda not only assured me that that's all they would use, but she was instrumental in getting my insurance company to approve the (more expensive) factory glass, explaining to the claims adjuster why it was necessary. They ordered the glass from the dealer and got the work done the next day, and the car is just like new. No issues. These people know what they're doing, and I confidently recommend them.

I highly recommend Affordable Vinyl Windows & Siding for replacement windows…read more I normally get three quotes for home improvement projects, but due to the extreme differences I was seeing in customer service, capability, recommendations, and pricing, I ended up obtaining seven quotes for this project. After speaking with all of them, Affordable Vinyl Windows & Siding was the clear choice. My primary requirements were energy-efficient windows with Low-E glass, Argon fill, and a U-factor of .27 or lower. Several companies quoted products that met those specifications, so what really differentiated the contractors was their approach, honesty, experience, and pricing. Of all the quotes I received, Affordable Vinyl Windows & Siding was by far the lowest priced. That's not an exaggeration. Initially, I was skeptical because the difference was so significant. However, after reading over 100 reviews, researching the specifications myself, and meeting with Paul, I understood why so many customers have had positive experiences. What impressed me most was that Paul consistently looked for practical solutions instead of opportunities to increase the scope of work. Some contractors insisted I needed new construction windows throughout the house. Others pointed to concerns such as deteriorated sills and exterior trim as justification for a much larger project. When I discussed those concerns with Paul, his response was straightforward: if a sill is damaged, replace the sill. During the installation, they were honest about what actually needed repair and what did not. In several locations where they could have charged me for additional work, they told me the wood simply needed paint and was not rotten. He was also one of only two contractors who identified that my bathroom window required tempered glass to meet code requirements. The installation crew was excellent. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, worked efficiently, and installed 16 windows in approximately five hours. The finished product looks great, and the entire process was smooth from consultation through installation. After spending months researching products, comparing contractors, and collecting seven quotes, I can confidently say that Affordable Vinyl Windows & Siding delivered the best overall value. They provided the specifications I wanted, gave honest recommendations, completed quality work, and did so at a price that was dramatically lower than competing proposals. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for replacement windows.

They quickly provided an estimate and helped me with my insurance company (who, naturally, dragged their feet). Three weeks later, I had my new windshield. On the way home, something wasn't right. Turns out there was a defect in the windshield (factory), causing a bifocal effect on the upper margins of the windshield. I brought it back to PG where they confirmed the problem. They ordered a new windshield, only to find that there were none in the system (there had been, but it was damaged by the supplier during shipping). Because it is an HUD windshield, it became more of a challenge. They wound up ordering from a dealer. Now, this is not my first rodeo, so when I got that phone call, I was less than optimistic. Got the call at the end of last week that the windshield was in, and scheduled for the following Tuesday. It's *perfect*. Another quality install and no hassle. No grief about the issues (I mean, it wasn't my fault, it wasn't theirs, but it's still a pain in the butt). STRONGLY recommend these guys!
