The scope of our project (with Roy as General Contractor, working with other licensed professionals) included removing walls, installing a support beam, new hardwood flooring, all new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new recessed dimmable LED lighting, backsplash, and bathroom ceiling vents and fans, and 2 new doors (one insulated exterior door and one sliding-barn door to save space in the upstairs bathroom).

Then you give him that first check and you don't hear from him for six months until you threaten to sue, then he magically shows up the next day to start the job, which he does terribly. Took him nine months of on and off work to finish my job before we finally cut ties. He left the yard a mess, left the house a mess, and the job was a disaster. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else. They are scammers who prey on people who don't know any better.

It's 2026 and there are multiple ways to communicate and yet not a single contractor can set or confirm an appointment. Just echoing the other reviews that this company does not communicate, and I'm tired of having to be available on everyone's schedule but my own when it's my home and my money paying for it.
