These windows are huge, and had not been replaced since the mill was converted to condos in the '80's. I did go out and get 3 quotes from 3 different vendors, but Seacoast was the best quote, the most honest, wonderful people, and they bent over backwards to help. It was a dirty, complicated project made more complex by the difficulties of the tariff war. John was tireless in tracking down the Harvey windows and special trim that had to match the custom exterior trim color of the other existing windows in the building. John kept me updated regularly, and accommodated every wish the condo associated made concerning schedule and safety in the common areas. It's 2026 and there are multiple ways to communicate and yet not a single contractor can set or confirm an appointment. Just echoing the other reviews that this company does not communicate, and I'm tired of having to be available on everyone's schedule but my own when it's my home and my money paying for it.
