-Updated- Within 24 hours of posting this I received a call from owner. After some back and forth, clarity seems to exist and effort is being made with GreenSky-with no results promised and request for a week's time. The call is appreciated hopefully some results will follow. -End Update- I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been unusually difficult and worth sharing. I am a homeowner and also work in contracting, so I understand how these projects should be handled. This situation is not typical. This project was financed through GreenSky with a 12-month promotional period. The vendor (HiTech) installed a window that was not code compliant. I discovered the issue through an open permit and notified both the vendor and lender. Despite this, the work was not brought into compliance quickly, replacement damaged , a tempered window. Due to repeated non-performance, I lost confidence in the vendor's ability to complete the work when they requested the sash id after they had stated a replacement was ordered but not yet broken. I am now working with another contractor to bring the project up to code. 16 months later-I got 6/7 windows to code and 7k in accrued/deferred interest for my troubles. In general. At the same time, the lender continues to apply deferred interest and has not provided any meaningful assistance despite the unresolved permit. This has resulted in additional cost and time to correct an issue that should have been resolved by the original contractor. In my experience, both workmanship and resolution support fell short of expectations. I would strongly recommend ensuring code compliance and clear accountability before proceeding with similar work with either. I will update this review if the situation is resolved or changes for the positive. A simple change for the vendor and lender would be for them to provide a copy of complete permit to lender. Or extend promotion a few months when exceptions like this happen. Or pay the interest when they are responsible. Or apologize. read more

Hitech replaced a kitchen window and a sliding door. Kitchen window no issues, everything is perfect. The sliding door is nothing but issues. Long story short. After 2 times failing to fix the issues, i had to hire a different company to finish the job. HITECK over adjusted the wheels on the bottom of the sliding door, causing it to bow. Due to the bow in the door, all the wind and cold was coming in. One installer and two repair technicians could not figure out what was wrong. Please hire anyone else. read more

We are writing to review hi tech after their mail solicitation (with mini cookies for our $55k purchase) to refer family, friends and neighbors, which brought us to the realization that we would/could not refer any of those people. The work (roof, several new windows, and partial vinyl siding) seems to be ok, when they were finally completed, but other aspects were not so satisfactory. Lack of communication or response to our inquiries after we signed the contract, including significant delays in starting each stage of work, failing to provide any receipts for the work contracted for all of which was based on the preliminary estimate which was done during winter without access to the roof, completing self-dictated change-orders that were not validated which seemed designed to offset some of the "discounts" we received, and grudgingly acknowledging that all change orders were not in fact implemented or necessary. The final turning point came when after paying 80% of the contract, and while I was recovering from hip replacement surgery and a broken foot, Hi Tech called me and I missed and did not immediately return the call due to rehab, prompting them to call my wife the next day and advise her to have me call them asap because it had been ELEVEN days since our last payment. We had repeatedly advised Hi Tech that we would not be using their (heavily pushed and unevenly explained) finance agent GreenSky but would pay it off with our 2% cashback credit card in installments whereby I would max out the card, then pay the card off, then make another payment to HT. After being paid over $40k apparently they were concerned that we would default on the remaining balance and seemingly sell and move out of our house (so they could not file a mechanic's lien) hence the urgent call because it had been 11 days since our 4th payment and there was $10k still due and owing. read more

We are happy we hired Hi-Tech. Our goal was to have our home repaired and the siding replaced within a reasonable budget, and be able to trust the people who were working on our home. This goal was accomplished and the home looks great. Sales: The salesperson (Nick) at Hi-Tech had a more useful strategy than the typical salesperson. First he had an hour or so consultation with us, where he asked what our goals were and gave us some broad options for our siding renovation which he displayed on a 3D model scan of our home that was quickly generated. Then he returned a few days later with a proposal and quotes for 3 options of "good, better, and best" in terms of lesser and premium products and work scope. This was an excellent way for us to understand the value of each option and helped us understand where we wanted to focus our efforts and budget. A few other companies had made a 3+ hour sales pitch to us that was tiring and time-consuming, and left us a quote that was not as useful or thoughtful as the Hi-Tech proposal. Nick also was very helpful in providing locations where we could view full-scale projects in order to decide between a few colors for the siding. Preconstruction: The construction lead (Billy) had a preconstruction walk-through with us that was essential to us both getting on the same page about the details of the project. It helped to set expectations for the project. At this walk-through, we also decided to upgrade a few things that we are glad we had the chance to do. Construction: The project was done in a reasonable timeline and communication between us and Billy was nearly every day. This open communication helped when the construction team encountered an unforeseen condition and a judgement call was needed on how to proceed. We worked together to figure out a solution for these conditions that worked for constructability and also looked the way we wanted it to. The 1930 home had 2 layers of old wood shakes and a layer of old vinyl on it that was cracking and in bad shape. All of the old siding was removed and rot was found in a few areas under the old wood siding. Billy pointed out every condition that needed repair to us, and we were left assured that the home was fully repaired (they never just cover up the problem). We could trust Billy, which I can't say about every contractor I've worked with. This goes a long way when your home is under construction for a few weeks and everyone is juggling work and school on top of a home construction project. They also had to replace a window. They managed to do this without creating damage and making a mess on the interior of the home, where old plaster could have been easily damaged creating a whole other home improvement project. They also did a clean job of caulking between the existing windows and new siding, helping the existing windows not stand out as older than the siding. read more

Nick was out in 40 minutes like he promise. came back on time for product presentation and cut right to the case after of course, he gave me the lowdown on the family business, and what they were all about. I actually didn't plan on being up sold, but I went from a replacement window to a full window, mainly because of Nicks honesty. Working with HiTech was easy and effective. Our church parsonage had lead paint on the exterior, so we needed a contractor certified for lead containment or removal. HiTech installed new vinyl siding and windows. They were very careful to follow recommended procedures: the state lead inspector said she'd seldom seen such a clean worksite. All on-site personnel were careful, respectful, and willing to do whatever we asked. We absolutely recommend them for the quality and value of their work! read more

This review truly saddens me. This company (Not the same rep) did a great job for a family friend. I had the rep out to my home (he missed our first appointment then showed up to the second appointment set up)...I should have let their coordinator know after the first meeting how much we really wanted the other rep. We had a remodelling project being done that would have impacted a *exact quote* but were clear we needed a range on the project for the roof and siding (which EVERY OTHER CONTRACTOR WE MET WITH WAS ABLE TO DO) . We went into the office and And reitetated our request 2 weeks later for quotes on the siding and roof.  Mind you we had already had 4 other contractors and companies out.  I was very upfront with all of the companies.   All had already provided estimates and we had been waiting for Hi Techs to make a decision.  During that Saturday AM meeting in Methuen, we discussed doing replacement windows (and he discussed a possibility of doing it with the siding or after if the proce was not doable)...he was also told that we needed to get his quotes as soon as possible to enable us to make a fair decision and get back to the other contractors So we got Only the quote four the windows no estimate on the other,  and sure enough it was out of line. At the same time our remodel ran across some structural issues...When we texted him stating we needed to scale back on the scope of work, specifically the windows (mind you he still had not sent ANY roof or siding estimate), this was the ultimatum he responded with(we also sent him pictures of what was going on to be fair so he would understand what happen and mind you were weren't asking for anything at this point besides the quote estimate/ ball park range for the roof and siding project. This is a cut and paste from his text. Unbelievable. Yup, not sure how he gets contracts by trying to strong arm contracts. SO GLAD the true colors came out prior to the long anticipated estimates.  SO GLAD my friend and her family had a positive experience,  but I could never use or recommend a company so rude, throwing out ultimatums... From that rep: ... "At this point I can not promise u anything. U need to make a decision ASAP. Expensive Hardie board was not installed in staggered pattern, per manufacturer installation guide. Nails showing thru, waves. Windows per contract were not installed. Seems we have to just live with it, spent way too much money to have someone else fix it. We call but no one ever calls back. The office is always polite but they never call back. read more

I can't say enough about Hi Tech Window and Siding! Literally 25 years ago, seriously, we were living in a large condo building on the ocean in New Hampshire I needed to redo the siding. Needless to say, the ocean air does a number on wood, so I suggested the seven-unit owners look into vinyl siding that I heard what is very durable in particular in inclement weather. After looking into a few different places, we chose high-tech siding company, it's something we would get a good 15 years maybe out of it. My husband and I went back to visit friends in the condo building recently and couldn't believe after 25 years the setting looked as good as the day, but it was installed!!!! Talk about a good investment! Frankly it wasn't any more than the wood siding that would've gotten that would've been replaced or repaired numerous times by now. Had Hi Tech install both windows and slider in my breezeway then a few years later, 20+ windows in the house. Wish I hadn't. The people are very nice ... however, not the quality of the work or the windows. After a few years of leaks over the slider in the breezeway, which no one could figure out, a contractor found that Hi Tech never put any headers over the slider OR the windows. Ended up having to remove one window completely to not incur even more cost to fix than the $7,000 it cost. The water had leaked in and caused rot to a support post. Now I have one less window in my sunroom. I called on two occasions and was told both times they would look into it and get back to me... never heard back. The house windows are very cold and drafty. The windows are wide so it makes it very difficult to pull them in to clean. I'm am widowed so have no help to clean them. With their years of 'experience' I would think they might have pointed that out and I could have chosen a different style window. After spending thousands of dollars on product and then necessary repairs I wish I had never used Hi Tech. Very disappointing. Our home was built in 1952 and had wood siding throughout. It was tired and I suspected some rot and insect damage. Hi-Tech sent Jared out to give my wife and I a preliminary estimate. We went through an exhaustive walk around of the house and he provided an extremely detailed work order, identifying specifics including areas that might require additional work, how each area of the house would be handled as regards a Tyvek barrier, siding, gutters, downspouts, storm door removal and re-hanging. A multi-page document resulted, and the final work did not differ in any way from the pre-agreement. He accepted a cash/financing combination and provided a financing company with a triple A rating and a very competitive rate [6.99%]. I was given a price-lock guarantee which, in the era of supply chain issues, was a great peace of mind. The color choices were extensive as were the material options. Hi-Tech handled all of the issues with the Town of Andover including permitting and attending meetings of the Andover Historical Preservation Committee. The actual work was supervised by Dennis and Louis, with an on-site crew of five extremely diligent craftspeople who did an amazing job - including thorough clean-up each day. Dennis arranged for Joel, the electrician, to remove and reinstall all our light fixtures beautifully. A dumpster arrived, a porta-john, too, so the crew did not have to come into the house. All this was done in the dead of winter - January 2023 - with snow, mud, and frigid temperatures. Despite all that, the work was done perfectly and quickly. All of my neighbors commented on the beautiful end result. I recommend this company most highly. Excellent customer service. Superb and detailed communication. Competitive [winning!] prices. As someone who relies heavily on statements from others, and tries to filter out false reviews, we hope you can relate and will appreciate the writeup. It's certainly not an inexpensive endeavor when bundling roofing and siding. However, when it's time to get the work done, please do consider them. To summarize the below, please do reach out to Hi-Tech if you're in need for roofing, siding and/or other exterior work. Read on for details. We had started looking at roofers & siders a few years ago (in hindsight, we shouldn't have delayed). We had gone through our review process against local businesses, trying to zone in on those with great reputations. We combed through community FB pages, jotted down lawn signs for properties in our neighborhood that had recent installs, looked at Google Reviews, Yelp Reviews, Angie's List reviews and BBB reviews for those that did make the cut. We settled on Hi-Tech because they had met the mark across the board and though not all reviews are perfect, we were able to weed out false reviews and those where we can tell the business tried to meet halfway with the customer. In addition to that, they had worked on a few properties in our neighborhood and were also recommended by neighbors thereafter. The project itself took a bit of time - surprisingly it wasn't due to efforts involved with the existing removal (2 layers of roof, all sheathing on the main roof and original siding) or install of new roof and siding. The delay stemmed from little items such as part delays for the front door surround (understandable). All in all, we are quite happy with our investment and the outcome. We're glad we placed our trust in their business. As for the team involved... Connor was our sales consultant, delivering a straightforward presentation on the options, costs, etc. He was always available even after the contracts were signed and work was underway. Bill, the owner, came onsite to perform a walk through and had ensured that the team executed in a timely manner to finalize the remaining items. And lastly - with a special kudos to him - was Milton, who was superb in the minor details that are often missed by most. It's nice to know that a local family business is still executing with the highest of standards that have always yielded great results. They're extremely tough to find these days. After having hired, and regretting working with this company I can totally advise AGAINST even calling them. Their crews simply do not care in the least about your home, property or the quality of their work. If you are about to consider Hardie, I say yes, their product is impressive. But do your self a favor right now and find someone else to do the install. Some highlights of our job? - Gaps at the butt joints of siding boards - 1/2' gaps between the house and their window framing - Hacks taking sawz-alls to my window trim to make 'flush' with the house and still leaving gaps between boards - Uneven spacing at the front door - WRONG Color trim piece (no, not kidding) Seriously, we have the pics to share if interested. I told them I needed this work done as Iam selling the house. Hi tech did not care. The salesman that came out to the house was very nice and the woman in the office Diane was also very nice. But I cannot keep taking time off of work for the constant cancellations The last straw was when they would not even tell me when they can come out it is Thursday now and they told me they will call me Monday with another date to come out. I do not believe they will ever come out therefore I have no choice but to sell my house in the condition that is in without the repairI do not believe this company and I will have to sell my house with the damage. My salesperson told me everything I wanted to hear. My siding and window job would not be started until all product was in, it would take two weeks to finish my job, the crew would not leave my site until all the work was done and everything would look great. This was not the case. The job was started with my front window not being in. This set the job back a bit. The crew stopped showing up so my husband and I finished much of the finish work ourselves. My husband put up lights (we were told an electrician would do this but after 3 months figured we best do it ourselves), we did the finish work on a window (they called after three months to see when we wanted them to do this), nothing was put back on my house (hose reals, awnings, screen door, etc.), we covered up nail holes, plugged screw holes, did some sealing, etc. I was told we would not have to do anything. This was a joke! They also dug a hole in the front of my house and just left it. Would have been nice if they filled the hole in after they put on the siding. On top of everything else, my 2 year old driveway and walkway are both damaged. The site manager basically did not care and only came by to collect the final payment (we hadn't seen or heard from him in about two months). For all the work we did, they took $1,500 off and did nothing about my walkway and driveway. Now I need to get an estimate on repairs. I feel like we paid top dollar for them to do this work and we ended up doing a lot of the time consuming finish work. I was also led to believe that Hi-Tech had their own work crews. They do not. All work was subcontracted. We were lucky, our subcontractor was pretty good. I would not recommend this company. read more

I was looking for quotes for vinyl siding so I gave these folks a ring. It's just another one of those companies that likes to lead people on and drag the process on with a sales pitch and numbers games. I've been in sales my whole life so I know how this game works. They came out to look at the house and promised me an itemized quote, but when it came down to it, they decided to play games and ask me what my price range is. I'm confused, you sent someone to my house to look at it and send me an itemized quote and you don't know what it cost? I'm not the expert I don't know what materials cost you tell me! Withholding information and asking me what I want to pay is just a way to try to get more money out of me in case I'm naive enough to give a higher number then what they wanted to offer. It is not often that I will submit a review, however, the service and work performed by Hi Tech is exemplary. It is hard these days to receive a call back - yet Bill Chase and his team have never missed a deadline. I have utilized their services twice in less than a year and have been extremely impressed. If you want a quality job, professionally done and fairly priced then look no further. My experience has been the same for a larger job, siding and trim of my home, to a smaller job of installing gutters and adding shutters. There is no doubt that I will be contacting Hi Tech in the future for new windows. I highly recommend them and know you will not be disappointed. read more

We had the following work done - new roof, external repairs related to roofing and siding problems, a set of double sliders replaced by a wall and two windows, two sliding doors replaced and some gutters replaced. We received a very reasonable estimate from Bill, the company president, showing in detail what was included and what may cause additional charges once the roof and walls were opened up. In addition, Bill identified two areas of work, plastering and wiring, that we wanted done that Hi-Tech licensing and/or skill base to complete. We appreciated his honesty. The start of the work was delayed a day because of bad weather. The next day the roofing crew arrived and completed most of the job in one day. They finished up on the second day. The siding and door/windows crew also arrived on the second day and the completed all the other work in two days. The project manager Joe was great. He was either on site or in communication with us throughout. Both crews did a great job. They and Joe were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Working with Hi-Tech was a very good experience for us. I would work with them again and would recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

I overall feel like I paid too much for the quality of work that Hi-Tech provided. I had them do 2 projects at the same time at my house - replace 20 windows with new construction windows, and install hardie siding. During the install of the windows, the subcontracted crew removed the bottom nailing flange from all windows. I am not sure why, and did not realize until a hi-tech window installer came. He was not impressed that they were removed, and called the project manager. After that conversation, I was told to make sure I caulk around all the windows because the breeze will come right in - obviously not something you want to hear with brand new windows. For the siding piece, there were multiple issues, some of them resolved, and some of them becoming clear after having more time to inspect things. They replaced all of the drip edging, and it honestly looks poorly done - wavy and not very professional looking. The shingles where the old drip edge was removed, some have damage. A piece of drip edge was falling off and I had to go up and re-nail it. The flashing they installed in where the roof meets and exterior wall is overlapped with the bottom piece being over the top piece. For the amount of money spent on the project, I think I should have found a different company to do the project. it took over 6 months from the time we signed up until the finish, and the finishes were less than perfect, requiring me to resolve issues on my own. read more

STAY AWAY. I originally hired hi-tech to replace some damaged siding. Two years later...we find out that the siding has significant rotting underneath and is much more involved...would have been nice for hi-tech be honest instead of covering up the issues and taking the money. This past summer, I made the mistake again to have them replace 3 windows in my home. I have a much smaller window in my main living room that was replaced with a much smaller window. When Bill (owner) came out to give an estimate, I told him I just want the same sized windows replaced....he replaced a crank style window with a double hung and didn't tell me the actual window (glass) would lose 6 inches around each side...actually a smaller window was put in and they just put a bunch of framing around it! My replacement window was TINY (see pictures). I reached out to customer service to explain and said I'd pay the extra amount to have the crank-style window put in if it meant having more window. The woman I talked to was in agreement (I sent her the before/after pictures). Bill (owner) came out to look at it. Not sure why he bothered because he came out and basically agreed the window was much smaller and told me "sorry, nothing we can do"! I called the woman back and basically there was never any follow through. In addition, the same day the windows were replaced, they were supposed to fix more siding and came unprepared and unaware of the actual job. This company is a mess and dishonest. I worked directly with bill chase the owner who was great during the process. I needed three old single pane windows on a rental property replaced. He was right on time to take measurements and give a quote on the spot. No sales pressure or any attempts to upsell me on pricier windows, which was awesome! At the end of the day it was around 1500 to replace all three windows and fix some wood rot on one of the windows as well which I thought was a good price. Bill was very flexible on working with my tenants to find a time to get the job done which was very appreciated. It's been about 3 months since the windows were put in and the tenants are happy with the results. I will be contacting them again when I need more replacements! read more

Searching for a contractor can be so challenging. I found Hi Tech through the net a few years back and hired them to install all new windows and cover any outside wood trim. Bill, the owner has been great so far. Making several trips to our house to make sure we found we right window for our needs. They are currently working on the install and I'll add more to this review once complete but so far they've answered any concerns we may have w/o question and the work looks to be of high quality!! I'll save my final rating until they are finished with the work. ***************************************************************** 10/10/12 - work is finished, all windows installed and aluminum trim added to all outside window, roof exposed wood. Guys did an awesome job, installers were the type of people you'd trust to work on your house, answered every question, even anal questions politely and seemed to care about quality of workmanship. I'd hire them again. Since all is new I'll rate them a 4 star and come back at a later time to update, things like returning service calls etc. will get added when applicable but I'd recommend hiring them. read more

The first thing you should know about Hi-Tech is that they subcontract all their siding jobs. If your experience is similar to mine this information will not be provided up front and you'll be in for a surprise when a different construction company shows up at your house to perform the work. Part of the contract was for a "porta-potty" to be delivered onsite for the workers. The "porta-potty" arrived four days late and Hi-Tech did not want to pro-rate the cost. They cited that's how the "porta-potty" company works and I should contact them. Speaking of the workers, there were days when only one worker would show up for the first four or five hours. To give you an idea of the size of the job, the exterior of our home is approximately 40 squares. Seems a bit big for one worker. The contract also stated that they needed a third of the cost for a deposit (which they received right away), and the second third once the whole house was stripped of the existing clapboard. They asked for the second third after only three days of work even though less than half of the house had been stripped. This was on a Thursday, and after taking the second payment, we didn't see another worker until the following Tuesday. We received no phone call or other notice that they would be giving themselves a four-day weekend. The contract stated that all the clapboard would be stripped and all rotted wood would be replaced before adding the siding. There were a few times that I had to remind the workers not to cover over the rot, but instead, to replace the rotted material with new material. I can only imagine what was covered when I was not at home to supervise. Hi-Tech also damaged latticework under our porch during the install. I asked for them to repair the damage and was given a hard time about it, citing that installing latticework was not part of the project. While that may be true, I expect that they be responsible for any damage caused during the installation. It took three attempts and several days before one of the workers could figure out how to repair the damaged sections. They damaged a screen on a basement window and then sided around the window so that a replacement screen would not fit, and it can never be opened again without damaging the siding. There were multiple times when loose pieces of siding were hanging under the windows. I paid for the j-less windows so these extra pieces should not be visible. I was told, that's how they have to be. I also have nails that came through to the inside of my walls from their work on the outside of my house. They ordered and installed the wrong size shutters on our shed and then needed to return once again to install the correct size shutters, and to replace the new siding that had extra holes from where the incorrect shutters were screwed through the siding. When they sided our shed to match the house, the installers missed every stud inside the shed. I had hundreds of sharp nails protruding through the inside wall of the shed. They had to come back three times to cut off all the nails from the inside of the shed. I also question the integrity of the hold since the nails are only fastened into ¾ in plywood verses a into a stud. There are also six additional "vent" holes in the sides of the shed because the gable vent was not installed correctly and they have no way to cover or repair the holes they left behind. A different contractor came over for a separate job and asked who did our siding when he noticed that in many places, on all sides of our home, the lines of the siding were not always level and were not of uniform spacing. When we had someone else over to repair our chimney, this person noticed sections of shingles were missing where the siding met the roof. He also stated that there was no weatherproof material (water and ice) placed under the siding even though we had paid for that to be added to places where the roof met the siding. There are a number of other issues that I could go on with but I think you get the idea that this was a hack job. When I question their work, or get frustrated with the quality of their work, or when there is need for additional repairs, both Bill and Tim get irritated with me. Bill actually said that this was a big job so there were bound to be problems. It was a big job, but I also wrote a very big check for this big job, and they should repair damage caused from their work without complaint. They should hold their subcontracted workers to a higher standard and be honest with customers from the beginning of the proposal to the end of the job. They acted like they were doing me favors when I asked for them to repair the damage they caused or to redo any shoddy work to bring it to a higher standard. For the money you will pay on a siding job, there are better options available. read more

Writing this review 5 years after install, and my siding still looks as great as it did the first day it was installed! The price was lower than most, the crew worked very hard, and I feel like HiTech did an outstanding job on our house. Bill is a great salesman. Very personable. But he is also reputable as well. I am so incredibly disappointed with my experiences with HiTech Windows of Methuen, MA. My husband was 5 minutes late getting home from his overnight shift (he is a police officer) and the sales rep who was scheduled to measure our windows called and reprimanded him for being late, telling him that he wouldn't show up late to a doctor's appointment and that he could take his business elsewhere that HiTech would not deal with us. My husband apologized and tried to explain the circumstances and that he was less than a minute away, but the sale rep once again repeated that he wouldn't deal with us and hung up (driving away before my husband got to our townhouse). This sales rep then called his home office to tell them that we were a no show and that he hadn't heard from us. 10 minutes after my husband got a very friendly call from the home office asking if we had forgotten our appointment. My husband shared that he had told the rep he was pulling into the complex but that the man had instead gone off on him and left. Of course they offered to send a manager out and apologized, but I would never go through them after being treated like that. read more

I signed the contract with them 5/30/15 but the windows got finally installed on 11/3/15, almost 6 months later. I called them every month at least once to find out when windows will be installed and every time they blamed manufacturer that windows were not ready. Finally, in October I warned that if windows were not installed the week of october 12th, then I won't need their services. Only after that they scheduled installation for 10/28/15 starting between 9am-10am. Without any prior confirmation or notification workers arrived, with smell of alcohol from them, after 11 am, telling me that they didn't have my phone number, which is actually in the contract. The first day they installed only 2 windows and a door. And only those 2 windows were installed properly. Then they scheduled a second day for 11/3/15 for 7am. Again, they were late, hangover from last night, with the smell of alcohol. On of the last three windows they installed was installed visibly crooked and I had to ask them to fix it. But I found out too late, after they left, that all of this three windows had the same problems - not leveled, no insulation around them, no plugs covering holes for the screws. And it definitely does not help that they used regular caulking on all windows, instead of the specialized one. This is the worst business so far I have encountered. read more
