He told me he would send someone out to match the prices to replace the warped pieces. The exact lot cannot be matched and Tim told me that it would be a warranty issue with the manufacturer. Everyone I have worked with so far--Brian, Melissa and Tim--have provided outstanding service and support. The windows look incredible. I thought I was going to miss my old wood (super inefficient) windows and that vinyl was somehow going to look cheap but it couldn't be further from the truth. From a windows perspective, they only use quality products. The windows look incredible from both the inside and outside, and our giant picture window is a statement piece in our living room. I especially want to make a shout out to the window install crew, Vlad and his team. They were super professional, arrived and were done on time, and best of all, I can honestly say the house was as clean, if not cleaner than I had left it. It's now mid-November, and not only are the windows still not installed, but the installation date was just pushed again to mid-December--almost five months after signing. We specifically reviewed the timeline because we wanted this done before it gets cold. We have booked dog daycare which has to be rescheduled, it affects our schedules, plans, and will massively impact our work, which is WFH. The measuring process was chaotic. The person sent to measure always gave last-minute notice and had to come out multiple times because they kept miscounting the number of windows--always short by one. Communication throughout this process has been terrible. You have to constantly follow up for updates; Zen never reaches out proactively or takes ownership of delays. Every update comes only after you chase them. When we brought up these issues, the company's response was to blame the original sales rep, who is "no longer with them." Convenient excuse, but the timeline and promises were in writing. Zen has taken no accountability for the misinformation or poor service. Yes, they may be cheaper than competitors, but you truly get what you pay for--unreliable timelines, lack of professionalism, and customer service that's downright egregious. Buyer beware!
