The garage needed a facelift. The manufacturer of the garage no longer stocks the panels I needed so I was at a loss for a replacement. I decided to contact an independent glass business and that's how I came across Jim. He was more than helpful, even coming out the same day to measure and give me options. He came up with a safety glass panels that he tinted a darker color. It came out amazing. Jim always answered his cell and returned my calls. The install was fast and professional. Very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend Jim at J.S.S. Glass.

As it was my porch window, I could not be without it for fear of theft, and my house being utterly cold! I used the Yelp feature that emails the business, and the general manager, Chris I., called me and left a super friendly message. I then called back, and got a quote of $170 from Stacie, the office manager, based on my rough estimate of the size. The best part - Wallex would order the glass - after I brought it in the be properly sized - they let me take the window home for the 7-10 business days it would take to order the glass. Then, only 6 days later, they called me and I brought it in @ 9 am, and had it back by 3 pm. Though the final price was $200, this was only $30 more, and that was with me giving them the window measurements. All in all, it is expensive to break a window, regardless of who fixes it, but Chris and Stacie were awesome. They followed up w me extensively, and I felt so comfortable working with them. While they are a high end glass company (for offices, homes, and the like) they were happy to help me with my window - instead of the corner Ace Hardware that wanted to keep it for 2 weeks!! Great experience. Chris and Stacie are so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys so much!!

I'm going to come right out and say it, there simply aren't enough positive things to say about EB…read more Many times when I review businesses there are certain elements to the service that I would consider 5 star, but then some that may be 4's or 3's. Not with EB. Everything from start to finish was incredibly professional, fair, and done with excellence. I needed some aluminum trim for my windows and the sides of my home sealed up. Not an enormous job but big enough. For starters, they answered their phone. I know that sounds funny, but you'd be amazed how difficult it is to get anyone in the construction/contracting field to even acknowledge your presence, much less care about your issue. The ladies in the office were incredibly nice and friendly, and treated me as if they wanted my business, and not just another annoying customer they had to deal with. They scheduled an estimate right away. Then came Colin to do the estimate. We only had a brief exchange but he's so personable and friendly, I felt like we had been friends for a while. He gave it to me straight, which I appreciate, and the quote turned out to be less than I thought. After a return visit, it turns out one of the sides of my home was in worse shape than we originally thought, and it turned into a bigger job, which of course, meant more $$. Again, Colin was direct about the issue, but I could tell he also felt bad about delivering the news to me. It wasn't his fault I moved into an old house, but he handled the situation with care, which made a huge difference in how I reacted. We went ahead with everything and within a couple of weeks, the guys showed up to do the work. The whole job lasted 3 days in the hottest part of the summer. Poor guys! I work from home so I was with them the entire time, and again, it was if I had known them for a while. They were super friendly, incredibly positive, and did an amazing job. They walked me around the house where they had done work so I could make sure I was satisfied right there on the spot. I never once felt like they were slacking, or cutting corners. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Lastly came the final bill. And it ended up being about $1000 less than I was expecting! Woo hoo! Again, as I was squaring up with the ladies in the office, they were so kind, and personable. What that says to me is everyone enjoys where they work, who they work with, and really care about their customers. It makes a HUGE difference. I cannot recommend this company enough if you need any sort of work done. It doesn't matter who you talk to, you will walk away from the experience completely satisfied and confident that everything was handled with your best interest in mind.

Matthew came today and performed the removal/reattachment work at no charge. I'm very appreciative of how they helped get this issue resolved! They helped turn an unfortunate situation around and. Nice work, and thank you! We added a bathroom in 2016 and our contractor selected Image Glassworks for the shower door work. Initially we were really impressed with the customer service, the look, and quality. Then in 2020 I reached out to ask for some help with the shower door no longer closing as it should and the frame pulling away from the wall (see photos). They got right back to me with a quote, suggesting a complete removal and reattachment. A bit expensive and I didn't understand why the frame would pull away from the wall like that, but I was prepared to pay to get this taken care of. Then COVID happened and we were no longer in a position to do the work. I reached out again in 2021 when our circumstances had changed and when the problem with the frame and door had gotten so bad that the door wouldn't close at all. I tried over the course of more than a month to get them to help (multiple phone calls, promised return calls that never happened, and emails to both Michael and Matthew that were not replied to) but they ghosted me, and now I am stuck with a shower door that I have to wedge closed. Very impressed with their initial work but very disappointed in their after-sales service.

No issues and looked good when done. Cold weather came and there was condensation, then when weather cooled further, ice, on the glass, inside the house. I had never had this issue before, nor was it ever seen with the "partner" window (they are a pair on either side of a bay window), so I tried to get it resolved. Months of back and forth later, someone came out and caulked the exterior of the glass (2 visits). No other visits, discussion, or attempt to remedy e.g. check on vacuum seal or anything else. First cold weather snap, condensation inside again. Emails after this point ignored, always "in a meeting" when I call, calls not returned. Michael finally left a voicemail that it must be the frame, which is not what they deal with, so nothing more to be done and has since ghosted me. I sent photos showing they replaced the metal interior frame between the panes (no idea why), so it's not just the glass they dealt with and they removed and reinstalled that as part of the repair. I have called twice since then, but no response 3 days later. 12 months of aggravation and no resolution. They just abdicate responsibility and have no interest in resolving the issue that occurred while the window was being repaired. I definitely don't recommend this business.
