He replaced three entry doors, installed a new stairway handrail and window, fixed the swing and alignment of an old entry door and a few other odd jobs. While he was here, one of my -supposedly- good quality chairs broke right from underneath my rear end. Both the work & service were terrific (we especially appreciated his helping us navigate the complex Mass Save reimbursement process). We invited Mass Save back recently (for windows), and the inspector said he'd never before recommended "no insulation upgrades" for an old house, but he did for ours since Rob's 15-year old upgrades were so impeccable! Moreover, the inspector actually asked to photograph the tricky basement area to use as exemplar of an ideal installation.
