Image Glassworks were excellent from start to finish. I found them on Yelp as I needed a second estimate for a large, oddly-shaped, glass replacement window for a client of mines. Michael (the owner) was very responsive by email and phone especially with the amount of questions I had. He was always very professional but personable. He provided me with a written estimate which included his company's warranty. He also sent over his insurance documents and references at my request. His brother Matt came to do the estimate. He was prompt and friendly. I was surprised that the estimate was less than half of another estimate I received. Michael explained me to that the other person's estimate was for a different type of glass (different coating) than what we currently had. We went with Michael's suggestion. Randy and Matt (a different Matt) showed up today and did the job within a few hours. Randy took the time after the job was done to answer multiple questions I had; he was very pleasant. The glass looked great and they were able to save the original trim. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Image Glassworks. Many times you find contractors who do quality work but are lacking in the business side (response time, friendly, professional). When I need to hire a business for a client, I'm extra careful as it affects my reputation as well. I plan to keep Image Glassworks name as one of my go-to providers for excellent service. When we bought our house 3 years ago the insulation strips were already coming undone inside the double pane windows. But because of the cost of replacing the windows we let it go. Now that we are selling the house we decided we had to do something about the way the windows looked. We were lucky to find Michael and Image Glassworks. I initially emailed for an estimate. I was surprised that Michael got back to me almost immediately. He answered all my questions via emails and we set up a time for me to bring the windows in. Bear in mind that during this time I had also contacted two handymen, several roofers, and one masonry contractor and none of them have yet gotten back to me. I brought in 9 windows to the shop at about 9:00 in the morning. Michael was able to repair one broken window pane and replace the insulation strip in all 9 by about 2:00 in the afternoon. Absolutely amazing. So I have only great things to say about Image Glassworks. They are prompt, courteous, have competitive costs, are appreciative of your business and do a great job. I contacted Mike and Matt of Image Glassworks late last week to get a quote on two windows that needed replacing on my home. They were able to stop by my home on their way back from another job and gave a quick and fair price. They even removed the one broken window during the consultation, saving both of us time and money by having to return for an extra trip. I was told that they would be able to return to finish the job "sometime next week." They called on Monday to schedule the installation for Tuesday. I received a call from them on Tuesday as they were headed to my home (a nice convenience) and the two of them worked quickly and diligently to install the windows. They were very professional and courteous while at my home and cleaned up after themselves, taking the mess with them. At the end of the day, they had replaced a broken storm window and custom built a three-pane thermal glass window all for a very fair price. Could not be happier! We had 7 yr old (35+ years) aluminum replacement windows in our house that had fogged over time between the glass and looked dirty. Had wanted to try and replace just the glass and not have to go through the cost of new windows. Submitted a request for pricing on yelp. Got three companies recommended from Yelp (one was thousands more, the other said they would not service our area). Michael was quick to respond to my request, recommended I bring the window sashes to him to save money and supplied a written quote with timeline right away. The price was excellent! The service was even better!!! Done in days...even when we added 4 more sashes after getting the first group back (the difference was so great we could not leave the others as is). Now we have new windows again in the only unrenovated space of our home making it look like new again. If you need any glass work done call these guys first! read more

Having no bathroom storage was a big issue that we solved with buying an antique cabinet at auction. Unfortunately the old glass was broken and perfectly clear, so all our toiletries were visible. I needed it replaced and frosted, but I'd put it off forever. So I looked at yelp for glass vendors and found these guys with this great rating, and I thought "lots of 5 star ratings probably indicates that they're fake" but this shop had far too many reviews for them all to be fake, and I now know that they're all real reviews. The gentlemen at Image Glassworks replaced our broken clear antique glass with a new frosted panel. It only took one day, despite being quoted a few days, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I dealt with Michael, and he was extremely professional and very responsive. I'll absolutely return for any future glass issues I run across, and I'll send anyone I know to them as well. read more

We had been looking at pictures and ideas online for a frameless shower door for a while, but didn't really know exactly what we wanted. We had Michael and Matt out to our condo, it turns out that they were exactly what we needed. They showed up with a tablet full of photos of their previous jobs, and were able to easily explain to us the pro's and con's of all the configurations we were thinking about. They were very responsive to our emails and questions throughout the entire process. The installation went without a hitch.. they were here at the promised time and had it completed within hours. They also made sure to explain to us how to keep the glass looking its best over time, and they were very adamant about making sure everything was cleaned up and put back into place. We had a three-paneled bath/shower door. The middle one was a mirror that had degraded considerably in the 20 years we used the shower. Additionally, the rubber holding the mirror and the pattern-etched glass of the other two panels had degraded such that the frame holding the glass detached from the glass. After talking w/ Michael who came out to our home to inspect the condition of the panels, we decided to use frosted glass instead of mirrored glass and to replace the rubber seals of all the panels. Michael took the panels w/ him, and in a week he brought them back. They looked like new! The frosted center panel is very classy-looking, and the rubber seals, which he replaced, hold the glass and the frame securely. These panels should last us another 20 years! We're well satisfied w/ Michael's work and recommend Image Glassworks w/o hesitation. read more

Michael and his brother were great. They provided a detailed quote, much nicer than anyone else was providing (diagrams, pictures, and notes) in PDF format. As a computer nerd, I can appreciate this. They kept us updated and installed it on schedule. There was one hiccup with the glass fabricator but Michael quickly sorted it out to our satisfaction and made it up to is. The shower looks great and water stays inside the shower! What more can we ask for. We had to find our own glass guys after the house was turned over to us by our GC (glass not in original contract). Most glass companies didn't even show up for the scheduled appointment and didn't seem interested in working with a homeowner. Michael was fair to us and pricing was the best we had seen. If and when we ever decide to renovate another house, there is no doubt that we will use them again. read more

I have been meaning to write this review for a few months and have finally gotten around to it. Superb team all around. I contacted the Image Glassworks team to have shower doors installed in my master bathroom. Michael and Matthew both were very responsive from setting up the appointment to explaining the various options of glass and different heights. They were upfront with the costs and did not try to add in any unexplained costs. The install team did a excellent job and were done in under two hours. We had them install a custom glass door on our newly converted shower. It looked great! Next day we were able to take the first shower and found that there was water all over the floor. Mike and Matt came back to check it out. It turns out the issue was with the shower pan, which had not been installed correctly(level) by the shower installers, which had nothing to do with the work performed by Image Glassworks. Mike and Matt diagnosed the problem and designed a solution, which was implemented yesterday, at no additional charge. The whole process was excellent. I actually thought it was strange that they have so many perfect reviews but it is really true and they are legite. I had the glass replaced in my foggy windows today and I was very happy with the results. I had to tap on one of the windows to make sure it was really there because they are all so clear now. I had great service and Glassworks was available right away. I am a single woman and have had to deal with some crazy contractors in the past but these guys are nice and professional. This is the first time I didn't get a second quote from someone else because I didn't want to deal with anyone else. Very happy with the results. read more

These guys are the real deal. Honest, friendly, professional brothers who enjoy their work. Owners Matt and Mike came to inspect a skylight and other windows in the house that were clouding. I assumed the entire window units would require replacement. How refreshing to be told the windows were OK and that only a new glass pane would be required. I knew they'd do a great job when I saw their honesty in suggesting only the work that was required. When something went slightly wrong (not their fault) they stuck to their agreed quote. Matt and Mike were great and we love our new shower door!! I typed in my phone number on their website asking for a free estimate. I got a call an hour later and they came a few days later for the estimate/measurement. I got a final quote later that day and the door was installed about a week later. They had said it might take 2-3 weeks to come in, but it took about a week. We are so pleased with the shower door and I would highly recommend Matt and Mike. I hired Image Glassworks, 5-6 years ago, when they first opened, to install seedy glass on a 48" bathroom door cabinet. It came out beautiful. The glass was just what I wanted and was glued into place so that it wouldn't rattle over time. The price was reasonable. The two owners hand-delivered the finished piece to my door.
