Great service and product. James and Jason did a wonderful job on installation of shower door unit. Highly recommended!

My experience with Beverly Glass was fantastic! My phone call was taken immediately, instant setup of estimate appointment and prompt arrival of technician . Work completed as promised in a timely manner - I am very happy with the jobs completed: kitchen window replacement and glass replacement of sidelight and back door. Highly recommend this business ! read more

Very unprofessional and unkind, Owner the worst, she had an issue with us from the beginning and however we wound up there from our designer I wish we never met. Don't use them, try Swampscott Glass Co they're awesome read more

stay away. They sold me glass for windows which included installation however now they claim they cannot install because they have the proper parts. read more

What an unprofessional company. I was promised two weeks for a replacement of a sliding glass door. No communication from them, no update. They disappeared not interested in completing the job. Had I seen a 2.5 Yelp review I would not have wasted my time. read more

Waited 2 weeks for a glass measurement appointment . After measurement was taken was promised 1 week for a pricing. No pricing was given for 2 weeks. Wrote a review on google .. the next day I was given a ridiculous price that was 3 times the price of the most expensive other contractor. (talking about tens of thousands not few hundred dollars.. I would not work with this company. read more

SCREEN DOOR REPLACEMENT-My yellow lab ran right through my "dog proof" screen door! I brought the broken mess to Beverly Glass and they took care of the rest! Incredible customer service from the moment I reached out until the moment I received my plexi glass. I made a mistake with measurements and had to bring my sheets back to be cut again and everyone was beyond professional and happy to accommodate. Couldn't recommend this company enough! Pam and Danielle were extremely helpful during this process - my new go-to! read more

Unreliable. Made an appt to replace a small glass panel in my front door, sent photos as requested, paid 50% deposit and took the day off. Hours before appt, I rec'd a call saying they needed to reschedule. Rescheduled appt, took another day off from work and rec'd another call at the time of appt saying they needed to reschedule again. I made a fuss so they sent their project mgr, Rob, to do the job who arrived saying he didn't have the "right" glass to do the job (huh??!!). Rob looked me in the eye and promised he would be back the next day at 8 am - it's noon. NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO NOTHING! And they will not answer their phone now. Still trying to get my deposit back. Clearly disappointing - look somewhere else. read more

Completely unprofessional. Last year I brought a casement window to have the glass replaced and the owner forgot to put the interior grilles in it, then insisted that the window never had grilles, then I showed him a picture and he had to admit his mistake. Took weeks to get him to make a new window. This was in November and it was very cold in the kitchen without a window. I just went in there with screens to be replaced and he lied and said that Jeldwen (the window company) had gone out of business and he couldn't re-screen the screen ????! read more

After two recent visits to Beverly Glass, I am seeking the name of a more reliable glass company. Although they have done some acceptable work cutting glass table covers, the last two jobs (a double paned window and a front door) have been barely acceptable, bordering on amateur work that I could have done myself for quite a discount. If someone could guide me to a better glass company, I would appreciate it. In both cases, I pointed out my concerns to the owner, who made light of them. If you look at my reviews generally, you will see that I am perhaps too generous, so this is a serious issue for me. read more

Beverly glass just made us very happy with work done in our home. The were on time for each appointment and the installers were polite and efficient. A great local company read more

Beverly Glass was contacted by the previous owner (Seller) of our condo to repair a sliding glass door. When the door couldn't be fixed, Seller contracted with and prepaid Beverly Glass for the purchase and installation of a new slider. This agreement was part of the closing documents when we purchased the condo last June. We contacted Beverly Glass about a month later about date of installation. Beverly Glass sent a gentleman to measure the opening. Three weeks went by with no response. After many attempts to reach Beverly Glass, we were finally told there was a problem and the owner, Tom Trudel, would personally come to measure (again). Mr. Trudel arrived, measured, and declared that the door had to be custom-made due to size of the opening (which turned out to be false), and further that we'd have to hire a carpenter, at our expense, to work with him; otherwise, he couldn't do the installation. Obviously, he had taken on and had been prepaid for a job he couldn't perform. Weeks went by, back and forth, waiting for the custom-made door. Mr. Trudel back-tracked and informed us we wouldn't need to hire a carpenter; then once again reversed when it was actually time to do the installation. Our only recourse was to bring a small claims suit against this company. We have successfully won a judgment against Beverly Glass. After a six-month struggle, we justice was served, and the black cloud has been lifted from our retirement home. In the meantime, we contracted with Home Depot who installed an in-stock Anderson door at lesser cost, with exceptional workmanship and professionalism. We suggest you avoid Beverly Glass. Beverly Glass took on a job that they could not deliver, acted dishonestly and lacked integrity. read more

What a horrible experience! I am fully aware that many organizations are having challenges during this time. That said, Beverly Glass was incredibly challenging to even get a quote from. I called them once and was told someone would get back to me early the following week to discuss a time to come out and prepare a quote. More than a week past and I heard nothing. I called back and luckily spoke with the owner Tom who committed to call me back that afternoon and arrange a time for someone to come out and provide a quote. I explained how I had three different things that needed to be looked at and would appreciate someone coming out soon so that they could get the process started in providing a quote. A gentleman came out did some measurements of the 3 potential jobs. He left after telling me that he would be in touch quickly with some options. A week past and I heard nothing, another half week past and I called. I was told that they were really busy and did not have a quote for me yet. The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because of the nice woman who listen to me as I explained the situation and how frustrating it was not to hear anything and how annoying it is having to chase down a company to get even a quote! She promised she would get someone to call me early the following week. The following week I got a voicemail from Brian asking me to call him as he had a couple of options. When I finally connected with Brian he proceeded in telling me all about things I would have to do before they did any work. Notably, he explained how I had to change the pitch on the shower step so that water would not pool and leak. I had discussed this with the gentleman who came out and asked him to consider what could be done about this. Brian told me that I should call whoever installed it and ask him to come out and repair it. I guess Brian doesn't understand or know that I just moved into the house a month ago and wasn't the person who installed the shower. Then Brian proceeded to tell me how he would not recommend the window in the shower area because all that would happen is it would rot. I politely told him that I'm not trying to put in a window and how I actually asked for him and his company to help me create some thing that would block any moisture or water from getting into the space around the window. Perhaps a Glass covering? I mean, this is what they do, right? Brian told me to get a contractor to cover the window up instead. How creative! Why didn't I think of that! Beverly Glass is probably pretty good if you give them very standard and very simple things to do. But if you have a complex issue or if you want good customer service I would highly recommend finding someone else for your glass needs. The lack of creativity and the lack of communication coupled with Brian's absolute misunderstanding of what I was actually in need of shows me the Beverly Glass does not really care about me as a customer or my needs. Even someone who is willing to pay nicely for good work. I'm sure they're up to their neck in work from contractors and people who have been giving them business for years. If you're a new customer they may not give you attention. I wonder how this will pan out for them once things slow down? Pardon the simple errors in this post as I was using Siri. read more

I wrote a 5 star review a month ago and Yelp removed it. I have used Beverly Glass for 2 shower glass installations and they are top shelf. The 2 owners, husband and wife are professional and are always available to answer questions and offer advice. I made a mistake in the color I ordered for one and they took care to be sure it was fixed and still installed before the holidays. Their prices are right and their installers are efficient and clean up completely I would definitely recommend them! read more

I would look elsewhere. These guys don't want your business. I placed a call to Beverly Glass in mid-late October requesting a quote for glass inserts for our screened in porch. The owner, Tom, told me he would get back to me after taking a ride to my house to check out the job. Two weeks elapsed with no call back, no follow up, nothing. I called them for an update, explained that I was waiting for a quote/call back from Tom, and was assured that my message would be delivered to him and that I would hear from them shortly. No effort to follow up was made. Nothing. I called a third time, now frustrated, and asked them point blank if they wanted my business. I was told that someone would be in touch with me ASAP to deliver the quote I had requested now well over a month ago. I even made sure they had my correct contact details. They didn't call me back, they didn't send me a text, they didn't send me an email. They made no effort whatsoever to contact me. Don't bother with this company. read more

Beverly Glass worked with us to get our house ready for sale within a very short timeframe. Every member of the team we dealt with was pleasant and accommodating. They kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy with project. Field team who came to house was polite and efficient. They always arrived when scheduled. I would highly recommend using Beverly Glass. read more

Great Job! Timely, professional and it looks wonderful! We had them redo our bathroom shower doors and glass.

In the 90s and early 2000s these guys were my only choice. Today, i was begging for help on th telephone. Asking questions, and getting the answers: " im the only one here". "Do you want me to call someone to try to find out." And "i dont know" When asked if i wanted her to ask someone my question... I replied "that's up to you". ;) If they want my business and they got my answer i was ready to buy from them. I have bough all my glass from them for years.... Im going to try someone else today. The person on the phone did give me the name of a different company to call. Thank you. read more

They were professional and kind. I needed a mirror, and it needed to fit into a medicine cabinet. The price was right. They offered to stay late so I could pick the mirror up a bit after hours. read more

The worst. Stay away. They have no clue and you will end up wasting months trying to get them to complete a simple job. I really believe there is something deeper wrong here to the point they can't even get the simplest of requests complete. read more

Went by Saturday at 1:15pm to drop of a single pane window for glass replacement. Turns out they close at 1:00pm as posted on the front door. As I walked back to my car someone called me from across the street. I turned to see who called. It was the owner of the business coming out of a restaurant nearby. He crossed the street, reopened the shop and brought me in to take care of the window. Big effort for a small piece of business but that's what service is all about. I've been here before and will definitely return. Nice job! read more

I've worked with Beverly Glass for a couple of residential jobs (mirrors, shower doors) and they were terrific! They were on time and very responsive. And they had the best prices compared with other companies in the area I had gone to for estimates. For each project, the office manager, the owner and the installer took their time to walk me through the various options, and even made great recommendations. They are quick to respond via email with any communication, and I found them to be courteous and highly professional. read more

II purposefully went with a local company and boy was that a mistake. There was an utter lack of professionalism shown by the office manager to the installer and even the owner acted as though I was a bother at times...it seems that they are "too busy" to even return a phone call or apologize for being 2 hrs late to my house and cutting my screen to the wrong size. I was literally told that they were too busy to finish my job and I had to repeatedly hear how the office manager has been doing this job for umpteen years and she would NEVER make a mistake. There was no explanation of what I needed and the installer who was 2 hours late lied right in front of me saying he was on time. I have never been spoken to the way the office manager has spoken to me and would not recommend Beverly Glass again at all. My neighbors need their window replaced as well and I told them to go anywhere other than Beverly Glass. Perhaps Beverly Glass should realize the power that the customer truly has and be a little more customer friendly. read more
