He did a great job of walking us through all of our options, pros/cons of each, and provided us recommendations that felt tailored to our situation & budget (ie, I never felt like I was being upsold on anything). After having an in-home consultation to go over everything and take measurements we placed our order. The day of install, James and a colleague arrived on-time and installed the 9 blinds in less than an hour (seriously, they were so fast). They were very professional and respectful of our home (eg, cleaned up after themselves). There was a delivery issue with one of blinds (not Budget Blinds fault) and James sorted the issue that day and came by outside of business hours to finish the install for that last blind, which was greatly appreciated. Four months later and I am still in love with the Lutron smart blinds--one of the best upgrades we made to our home. I was the most hesitant about the shade for the kitchen sink window, as I was having trouble visualizing what it would look like, but that shade turned out absolutely beautiful.
