I had Mr. Beaulieu repair part of my roof. He answered my call promptly, showed up on time as promised, and did the work. Perfectly, and more than a fair price. It was done on time just as promised. Totally satisfied. This week, it appeared my roof was leaking again in a different place. Again, prompt return call, and he came out quickly, climbed my roof and checked it out. He was a bit mystified as the roof appeared to be fine, yet water was pouring into my garage and through my bedroom above. He had no idea what was going on as the snow had melted already on the roof. But, he came back two days later to check it out again. This time he went up to my bedroom as well to see if he could figure out what was going on. He is pretty sure a pipe was cracked over my garage and this is why the water just keeps pouring in. He called a plumber FOR me, and had them call me back (within 30 minutes.). They will be coming out tomorrow. I insisted on paying him for TWO trips out here, and one trip on my roof and he would not accept payment. I truly can't say enough about my experience with this man and his company. Absolutely, positively TOP NOTCH in every way from customer service to pricing to the quality of work. It kind of feels like how it probably was when I was a kid... when people returned called, took pride in their work, and treated people right. I sort of which I had more roofing problems, as I would be totally happy engaging his services again. (I wish he did plumbing!)

Long story short, the shingles that I chose continued to fail in a very sun-exposed area of my roof. That was my mistake: not going with the shingle recommended. Rob, the owner of this business, always responded promptly when a shingle failed (six times). Each time, he immediately responded via text and came that day to the house to make repairs. In the end--today--he brought his crew to my home and completely reshingled an entire section of my roof at no charge, refusing to share the cost with me. We contracted Dube's summer 2022 for a six-figure exterior/siding project. While the finished…read moreproject looks great, be prepared for many headaches and shortcuts taken by their crew and subcontractors. Not only did the project take more than twice as long as they quoted us, things were installed incorrectly, they constantly lied about the status of items supposedly ordered (but were never actually ordered), and there were numerous code violations along the way. Some examples: dryer vent left venting into the wall and not outside, stove exhaust vent was covered by house wrap/insulation, doorbells covered, wrong electrical boxes were installed for floodlights, improper install of new bulkhead, and incorrect re-install of HVAC disconnect box. Most of the issues were uncovered by myself, and not any of Dube's onsite crews. If I didn't have a keen eye for detail, most of these would have gone unnoticed. The most egregious issue was they improperly re-installed our HVAC disconnect, which caused arcing damage to the box, siding and house, and melted the electrical wire. We are fortunate our house did burn down. To Dube's credit, they did rectify most of the issues I called out, but the amount of time and headaches spent was absolutely not worth it. While the finish product may look nice, buyer beware!
