Beautiful In October we needed boutonnières for our wedding and needed to find a specific color rose for a center piece. We stopped in and met the owner and the team. They were so nice and professional. They took the time to ask us what we were looking for in our boutonnières and took our order. They also were able to find the roses we were looking for and had them ordered and delivered on time for our wedding. We asked if they could order holiday roping/garland for our house. They could, so we ordered it in time for our holiday decorations. They looked awesome and comparable pricing to other stores. We were so impressed with Westwind because they are all professional and offer great customer service. Prior to the holidays we received a beautiful display as a thank you and congratulations for our wedding. It was a wonderful, but not needed, gesture. We used it as our family dinner centerpiece. They left it on porch because both of my parents were contagious. How could you expect better service? Lisa answered the phone and was really sweet. After a tiny florist shop closed in South Berwick Maine I had very low expectations and doubted I could find a florist who could deliver a cheerful, fresh, and beautiful bouquet to my parents. If a loved one deserves amazing flowers and you are in a state far away, it is sad because you just want to bring them there yourself. Because I have sent flowers to South Berwick for the past twenty five years I have an understanding what I'd like to pay for the service. When the shop was in the same town, $50 seemed logical. This time I splurged for $75 because it is a little bit over a five mile drive from the shop to my parents. Don't get me wrong, I send flowers as often as needed and visit in person as often as I can afford! I live out of state now, and officially, "from away," as some Mainers might say. I'm grateful I have found a new florist who I can trust in a pinch.

They're answer was that it was to old, can't get parts, unrepairable. Cost of replacement, Including new fireplace, ripping out the old one, removing existing mantle, yadda yadda yadda, about $15,000. Dave, from Jackson shows up, takes a look, and "Sure, we can fix this, no problem. 2 weeks later, Dave is back with the "unavailable" part, and 2 hours later he's done. Fireplace work great, it was like he was never here, except that the fireplace worked. He also fixed a problem with the external vent being to close to the clapboard siding. "Who Knew?' Dave did. When you call Jackson, insist on Dave. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and an attention to detail that impressed even me, and I can be a little OCD.

We landed on the Kozy Heat Oakport gas stove which is modern and efficient and warms us right up. Installation was a breeze because JFP handled everything, including a new chimney through the roof.
