We stopped in…read moreand our initial contact was good my daughter looked through there binders and chose an 8 dollar card. She then began browsing the packs it was at this point they messed up. She said to them multiple times "excuse me" to ask about there over priced products that I was looking to purchase for her. I assume it was the 2 owners they were talking loudly and paying no attention to us as if we didn't exist. I made meaningful eye contact with them a couple times also to no response. After I finally raised my voice to a loud level to show my irritation we were finally asked how they could help? At this point I decided that these gentlemen did not want our business and handed back the 8 dollar card and let them know we were all set. I'm not going to say we have spent thousands or even hundreds but we definitely would have came back if we were treated well. Im sure my negative review will be followed by an arrogant rude response from said owner letting me know that my polite 8 year old and I were in the wrong please proceed with your arrogant response.

An over priced store with terrible customer service. The cards sold are damaged. This is what…read morehappens when mediocrity and no other competition happens. You get this pathetic excuse of a store. The BBB not finding in my favor is not a thing. That is not what they do. They contact the company and there is no actual finding but a mediator before court. I made it very clear I want my money back which I have still not received back. Now I'm going to go after thousands in court for misuse of my personal data. I'm still going to court to get my money back and falsely using my information to file a fake police report with my private information which is not what that was intended by my personal information. As I've stated this is the worst comic book store in the world and they should and will be shut down. Filing a false police report because someone says they're going to go to Court doesn't constitute a threat. They purposefully lied to me about the value of my trade it. Then misused my information to discredit me.

If you have a person or four, as I did today, to buy a gift for, buy the gifts at a League of NH Craftsmen store. You will find items for anywhere from $10 to $1,000+. I guy wedding gifts, Christmas gift, Birthday gifts and oops, sorry honey gifts. I like to keep one of the ladder on hand for those not so special occasions. No, I know none of the craftsmen, nor do I know any of the employees of these shops, but I have always been very successful buying gifts here. I think you will be too.

I would like to add it is not the priority nor obligation for a private store owner to provide restroom services for customers based on perceived inconvenience to locate a public facility elsewhere. We asked if they had a bathroom that we could use and were told no, so we had to run her across the street to get her to the bathroom. The store must have a bathroom for their employees, but wouldn't offer it up to us for our granddaughter. I like supporting local businesses, but maybe they should reciprocate by supporting their customers needs. This seems to be a common theme in Wolfeboro.

Great Deals and Friendly Cashiers, but Store Upkeep Needs Attention…read more I recently visited this Ollie's location after a long time away. While the prices remain excellent and the cash register staff was incredibly pleasant, the overall upkeep and sanitation of the store were highly concerning. The shopping environment was tough to navigate due to messy shelves and knocked-over displays. There was also a strange initial odor that shifted into a strong, overwhelming smell of spilled chlorine as I walked through the aisles. Most alarming, however, was seeing an exposed metal mouse trap sitting on a ledge about four feet off the floor right next to the exit door. While I understand that retail stores must manage pest control, seeing an active trap so visibly exposed--especially with food packaging sold in the store--is a major sanitation worry that makes me highly uncomfortable returning.I hope local management addresses these aisle hazards, odors, and pest control practices immediately to ensure a safe, clean environment for shoppers.
