Awesome comic book and much, much more store! I loved their Covid-19 measures, especially the take a basket system. I was glad to see how seriously they took it and felt very safe in their store. There's something for every comic and collectible fan here. I loved their selection of Squishables and Funko Pops. I saw many that I had never seen before which was cool. It was a lot of fun to browse. The selection of graphic novels was really nice, especially the holiday themed display. I was tempted by several of their titles that I hadn't seen around. I somehow didn't purchase anything (being good!) but I did see many items I kinda needed but didn't really need. It'd be a great place to visit for Christmas shopping as I saw several potential gifts (and not just gifts for me!). I can't wait to stop in again. read more

An over priced store with terrible customer service. The cards sold are damaged. This is what happens when mediocrity and no other competition happens. You get this pathetic excuse of a store. The BBB not finding in my favor is not a thing. That is not what they do. They contact the company and there is no actual finding but a mediator before court. I made it very clear I want my money back which I have still not received back. Now I'm going to go after thousands in court for misuse of my personal data. I'm still going to court to get my money back and falsely using my information to file a fake police report with my private information which is not what that was intended by my personal information. As I've stated this is the worst comic book store in the world and they should and will be shut down. Filing a false police report because someone says they're going to go to Court doesn't constitute a threat. They purposefully lied to me about the value of my trade it. Then misused my information to discredit me. read more

Terrible online service. Made a Preorder online, had to cancel 12hrs later. They only refunded part of it. Emailed and asked them to refund the rest. All they replied with was quoting the terms and agreements that listed a 5% cancellation fee and said "that YOU agreed to." I get it, I missed the fees they bury in the fine print, but they didn't have to be rude about it. It was my first time using the site, they could have at least tried to seem apologetic. Or at least give me the answer without an attitude. First and last time attempting to buy from this store. read more

I've been going here for years now. They're the best comic book shop in NH in my humble opinion. They've got it all from figures, to table top games, card games, role-playing books, to new comics, graphic novels and fan gear. Stopped in again. Guess this is the official vacation ride home pitstop :) Like before, everyone was great. Got to see more of the store, and I definitely could've spent hours going through everything. The expanded (or at least it seemed expanded) Unpainted/Painted miniatures selection was very welcomed and appreciated (and they actually still sell $4.99 unpainted minis without markups!). I hadn't noticed last year, but they've got a very large & separate room for community gaming events, etc., which must be fun. We'll definitely be stopping in again next year, if not sooner! read more

I brought my pokemon league to jetpack now two years ago. At the time, I had one other player that regularly came to the league. The store we moved from regularly ran out of product (because our league was small so they often under ordered to avoid tying up money in stock). Jetpack has always exceeded our expectations stocking product for our game and supporting our growth. They regularly work with me to expand my community in a sustainable way (we now regularly have 30 + players) and they have an event expert on staff who is always available for questions and concerns. On the subject of stocking, they regularly surprise me by getting in Japanese products or products I've never seen before. They have a real talent for finding cool stuff to sell at a great price, and unique products. If you're not a Pokémon fan they have mtg, a video game section (run by someone who loves video games and it shows), novels, toys, and of course comics. They even have a dollar comic room where every comic is a dollar. Don't pass up the chance to visit jetpack. It is quite literally a nerd paradise. read more

Jetpack had some of the BEST employees, of any business, that I've ever been to. They are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I noticed the review before mine from "Will P". I was there on Free comic book day, when Will was causing a scene and yelling at/berating a Jetpack employee (who is literally one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet) for not giving him a 75% off discount. The Jetpack employee was very calm & was WAY more professional, and handled it much better than I would have in that situation! This customer was permanently banned from the store and a police report had to be filled due to his outbursts & treatment of the Jetpack employees. This man is clearly a very bitter little man, who is lashing out like a small child would when they don't get their way. Please do NOT let that review fool you, and go check out the shop for yourself and you will see that it's BY FAR the best shop around. I've been going there almost weekly with my fiance, for over 5 years, and we live over an hour away from Jetpack! That's how good the shop & their employees are! Purchased a comic from their eBay store, they sent me the wrong cover. When I asked for an exchange they asked me to ship it back on my dime. I explained that I wouldn't be spending any more money on a cover price comic book. I don't know what I was expecting but 3 days after my message Jetpack Comics failed to respond. On the 3rd day I decide to cut my losses and just give them negative feedback for the transaction (something that is bound to happen to anyone with heavy eBay activity)...however, in the ultimate act of pettiness, they proceed to block me on eBay. If Jetpack Comics wants to exist in an echo chamber where the customer is always wrong, let them! Go take your money elsewhere (and skip their tax while you're at it.) You might not think it's much but if you're a heavy collector like I am those 10-20 cents they overprice online add up. If you're a disabled collector who mainly shops online - GO ELSEWHERE! While their blocking me poses a mild inconvenience as now I have to take appropriate avenues with how they've treated me I'm partially glad they did - I can't believe I was going to give them a second chance! Don't get custied by Jetpack Comics! Edit: Jetpack Comics has confirmed my blocking on eBay with a message, "sent from the future to your special dimension." As a disabled person, I find this highly offensive. I never thought I would face this kind of disgusting discrimination from a Comic store. Don't give these jerks your money. Edit 2: If Jetpack Comic "always reimburses for shipping" perhaps they should have clarified instead of staying silent for 3 days. Jetpack Comics EARNED the negative feedback from me by not providing good customer service. Blocking customers instead of attempting to resolve issues and responding with discriminatory salt is the most Trumpian thing anyone could do. EBay gives sellers the opportunity to clean negative feedback and talk to the buyers so it is totally unnecessary. Snarky, rude and clearly privileged. DO NOT give these jerks your money. Edit 3: Read their add on, there it is. Everything you need to know about how Jetpack Comics values customer service is right there. How they'll talk to people is laid out plainly for anyone to see. The attitude displayed in the add on highlights my point better than I ever could. Ralf, or whoever manages the eBay store tried to be funny with the "special dimension" comment. When you're a little person I guess you're used to throwing around insults but when you do that online it's only a matter of time before you say je wrong thing to the wrong person...but please, do go on explaining how eBay doesn't give any indication instead of apologizing. It is not the buyers responsibility to research the "normal process" of eBay or a Seller's return policy. It is the responsibility of the Seller to settle any doubts a buyer might have. Do NOT give these jerks your money. Edit 4: I'm not the only person who has given Jetpack Comics negative reviews on eBay. If they make it so you have to, careful with them because they will put your eBay username out there. Claiming that a "misunderstood" user shouldn't be "given another chance to give a bad review" not only exposes their aversion to any bad feedback it confirms that they do not feel like they are in the wrong. They carelessly mailed me the wrong item, didn't clarify or answer my concerns/questions (dumb though they might have been), block me, insult me then attempt to ridicule me instead of just apologizing and moving on. Massive selection of board games and card games along with action figures and tons of great pop culture items. Shop is well lit and clean and they have a WALKING DEAD PINBALL MACHINE! What do you look for when you go to a comic store? Selection, knowledgeable/friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the nerd chic. Jetpack Comics has all of this in spades. First off, the selection. In their new location, Jetpack is bursting at the seams with product. From mainstream Marvel/DC to a massive selection of indy titles, Jetpack boasts anything a comic reader would want. They also have an impressive selection of trade paperbacks and hardcovers. A big part of the store is dedicated to gaming; Magic, Yu-Gi-Yoh, D&D, tabletops, Warhammer, etc. are all fully stocked. The toy selection is also impressive; from simple figures and collectibles to massive statues and replicas. Jetpack will always have what you want. The staff is also a major part of the store's charm. These guys deserve a reality TV series; they're just each so unique and insightful. They have personality. Don't challenge their knowledge; they'll level you. If you have any questions, they'll help you right out, but if you just wanna talk shop, they'll argue any comics topic you want. You can't ask for anything more. Jetpack is gleaming with posters and toys that really add to the geek chic. They have little handwritten notes to each other and lots of signed art from professionals they've gathered over the years. Really fun. They even have a minifridge to keep everyone hydrated, a pinball and arcade game, and a huge gaming room for impromptoo gaming as well as hosting their popular tournaments and drafts. They utilize Comixology to keep a subscription going for any loyal customer - it's always fun to come in, give them your name, and have a fresh order of bagged/boarded comics handed to you. In conclusion, Jetpack Comics is everything you'd want in a comic shop. They're independently owned (not a sell-out like Newbury Comics) and have everything you could want. This is a very nice local comic book store. The store is well stocked with many copies of each book and more than one issue on the stand. There are graphic novels from big companies and some smaller companies too. Nice sized kids section as well. They have various merchandise sections for cards, Funko dolls and other smaller items. There's gaming section and even used video games. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's definitely a nice store and I hear they do really nice free comic book day events. read more

This store seemed like a pretty average comic book store. Someone that is more familiar with some of the other Jetpack stores informed me that this store is smaller than other ones. The staff seemed friendly. I looked at the gaming section, not the comics. They seemed to have a large variety of deck boxes, sleeves, and cards. There was one review that gave Jetpack one star because their child couldn't return or trade a comic book they had purchased. Jetpack generally has an "All Sales are Final" policy and I also think there is a sign outside the shop that says so. When making a purchase, I would recommend asking if that specific item could be returned if needed. Sometimes they make exceptions. read more

I've been coming to Jetpack for years and have never experienced anything less than superlative service. Special care has obviously been taken to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the store. The staff is not only courteous but very knowledgeable about their stock. Whenever I ask for reccomendations, they will look at the titles, authors, and illustrators I frequently purchase and will more often than not turn me on to a book I would mever have considered but wind up thoroughly enjoying. On the rare occaision that they do not have a board game in stock that I am looking for, they will not hesitate to order a copy for me. Overall, I could not think of a better shopping experience in a comic shop. read more

Wow, so many things to look at. This place is packed with comics, board games, collectibles and merchandise. They even have their own T-shirt designs advertizing their store. Some were very creative, I thought. I was glad to find a variety of Doctor Who, Game of Thrones and Walking Dead items. Staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to offer recommendations. Apparently they have some crazy sales and creator events, but it's recommended you sign up for their e-mail newsletter to be "in the know". I kind of miss riffling through back issues of comics and finding hidden gems, but those days are gone now. They do have a back stock of dollar comics and lots of older comics are now being collected into books which is pretty neat. This place is definitely worth checking out! I'm am so disappointed with Jetpack. I've allowed my son to spend hundreds of dollars in their store over the last few years. My ten year old son accidentally purchased a few duplicate comics yesterday (already used) and went in to return them today (keep in mind it was yesterday and these were from the back section). He came out of the store and said he couldn't trade them, so I went in the store to talk to them (the owner). They wouldn't let him trade. I cannot believe how petty these people were and how they treated my ten year old. They accused me of using the store for babysitting and my son of stealing. Talk about a life lesson for my son. I would have understood if he was trying to return one of the new comics I bought him, but these were from the back and he just wanted to trade. Shame on Jetpack! ------- After being privately contacted back by the owner following my first review and a private email, I'm even more convinced this owner (who was the rude person to my polite son) is not child friendly. I personally stood in the store while my son shopped. I personally paid for his current 20+ comics from this trip. My son's error at grabbing the duplicate comics, in his excitement, needed to be handled by him so he could grow as a person and learn from his mistakes. He was sent in to deal with his error. Parents need to guide our children, but we also need to know when they are ready to tackle a problem and learn. We need to step back from time to time and let them have autonomy (I only checked to make sure the comics weren't mature). We live an hour away from Jetpack and having my son handle this immediately, the day after his mistake, was crucial, so we made another trip. The odd part is, had the owner allowed my son to swap, instead of speaking to both of us rudely (and flicking the comics back at me), I'm sure my son would have come running asking for more money. I'm posting a quote from the owner to show how much he doesn't want our money-spending children in his store: "While I appreciate you can talk on the subject of your experiences, you truly have no idea in regards to parents using our store as daycare / babysitting. 'Every one of my staff can relate to you a story about a parent leaving their child for blocks of time - sometimes hours. They can tell you about the parents that sit in the car while their children shop.'" read more

There is nothing that makes this girl more happy than shopping local. When my family shops at jetpack we are doing more than buying enough comics, games, toys, knick knacks and what nots to supply the average nerd for 15 life spans, we are supporting our community and that is so important. If I had to I'd gladly drive an hour to shop here. It's almost like they know what we're into before we even know we're into it and they are spot on every time with recommendations. They're excited to tell us about the new issue of X Men or talk about Spiderman or The Punisher or to show us their exclusive covers to comics that you can't get anywhere else or to teach us about the card or board games we've always been curious about but never had anyone to show us, they even have game nights! Yes. Game nights!! you can't get that at Walmart or Toys R Us or Amazon or Ebay. Every time we walk into Jetpack it's like we're walking into Cheers, they know our name they know our Vice and they're there to chat with us and be general cool dudes all around. We love the absolute crap out of this place and what it stands for, Ralph the man who owns it, and the guys that eat, sleep, breathe and work in it.
