I came in a couple days ago and was helped by the new store manager Mario, this guy is VERY helpful and VERY honest, he's straight forward and he does the best to give you the best possible options on your phones and plans. I had an issue with my Google Pixel 2, the phone was slightly defective and when I went in and addressed the problem to Mario he was able to get me taken care of immediately! He ordered me a replacement phone and finished moving over all the data from my phone! He was very nice and professional and made sure to have me completely taken care of. I highly recommend this store, these guys are honest sellers, they are genuine in helping you and are thoughtful and listen to your days when you talk to them, they are wonderful with keeping conversation with you and making you feel welcome and at home, don't just take my word for it, go ahead and check them out for yourself! read more

I have been a Verizon customer since before they were Verizon, and will certainly continue being one, as long as the Riverside Plaza store can help me! I have been going there for help for about two years, and they always solve my situations. They are strict about only one client per representative in the store at one time, and I don't like waiting outside any more than anyone else does, but they are doing it to protect all of us, and I am grateful for it. My most recent need was to replace my phone screen after I dropped my phone; David took very good care of me, and sent me away happy. Earlier, both Crystal and Heaven have also helped me with problems (I am not very good technically!) and I have gone away happy each time! I had to do this with the experience I had today. David was extremely helpful and informative on all my questions. Helping me find everything I needed + more with deals and discounts. Kevin is the reason I visited this store today. After calling multiple stores about one phone. All other stores were short with answers and did not offer help. Kevin set me up to go in and take care of everything I needed. In the end I was helped by David. I was never satisfied with any Verizon store and their customer service before this. They take every precaution with keeping all employees and customers safe during this covid crisis. I was not uncomfortable or uneasy at any point during my visit. It was one day in the afternoon that I decided to go to Verizon, and when I arrived there was an agent who was there but did not attend to me, because he thought maybe I don't speak English. Let me tell you that there was another agent named (Austin Shelton) and he attended me and treated me well as I was my friend for a long time and he understood my English. I bought a new iPhone and he explained very well step by step and he asked me if I had questions for him to explain it to me again. and he also offered me another product that we all need the product is the Wireless + multi-USB + Portable Battery guess what? It was pretty busy when we were there but while waiting and looking at phones he and the other worker told us they would be with us shortly and didn't just ignore us, we were greeted when we walked in even though they were with other people. We worked with Brian and he went over all the different plans, answered all of our questions so it was definitely a no brainier to cancel our carrier to go to Verizon. We were really happy that Brian made everything super easy and even when things got a little tricky to get our pin from my old carrier, he helped us the whole way until we were able to completely switch over. This was my first time visiting this location and I have to agree the customer service was exceptional. I was greeted upon arrival and repeatedly acknowledged while I waited my turn. Jose M was AMAZING!! He somehow managed to retrieve and transfer information from my broken, uncooperative phone, onto my new device. I was afraid I was going to lose all my pictures/memories, but he kept telling me he wasn't going to give up. After several hours and a few sore thumbs (sorry Jose), he accomplished an otherwise hopeless task. I came in wanting to do an upgrade on my Galaxy J3, found the crew was very helpful from management on down. I had worked with one of the sales reps. Dominic, who was very honest and helpful. He would go out to show me the quotes he was working on for my bill and did his genuinely best to find me the most cost effective option for me. BEFORE I visited Verizon at the Riverside Plaza, I had been given misinformation by both AT&T and Verizon (Chino Hills office) regarding purchasing two new phones and transferring/adding an additional line (i.e., a bunch of hassle about porting in and out). I was quite frustrated, even angry, after nearly two weeks of conflicting information...No one was doing anything to help me! David J. CHANGED EVERYTHING!! Simran Gonzalez is the best customer service rep in the riv plaza store. He ackowledged me upn walking through the door even while he was busy with other customers. He helped me through a multi process transaction which included upgrading a iPhone, switching phone lines and phones, all the while answering questions and listening to my kid who continuously rambled on while Simran was working to make sure our transaction was handled in a timely fashion. We went in on October 28th! Heaven A. Helped us! We had to switch out two of the phones on our plan then he had to upgrade 3 of our lines. Verizon 5G activations went on the fritz he helped me through it. We spent 5 hours together! During a pandemic with masks on the whole time. He was so polite, kind and knowledgeable and willing to stick it out with me hoping to get the issues resolved! He was amazing. We had some issues after leaving but they were not his fault. I am impressed and was delighted to have Julio waiting to take care of all of my phone concerns. My friend called ahead of time to express my issues and he not only delivered what was promised for a great deal, but went above and beyond to ensure I knew about how to use my new devices. Worst cell phone store ever :( I've spent hours here and still ended up having to transfer my phone on my own. I have a list now of unknown and unnecessary charges, and am stuck with broken, overpriced accessories they will not take back. The staff here are worse than the slimiest car salesmen. I will never make a purchase from this store again and apparently learned the hard way just like the majority of their yelp reviewers. The way this store runs its business should be illegal. Came in to find out about upgrading my prepaid plan and left with a better post pay account and a tablet. Super happy about that you rarely can say good things about your cell phone company but today was different. Manny was the one who helped me and he was great very knowledgeable and eager to help.
