am a business owner. I have had a business account through Verizon for most of 2020. I have several complaints. I feel we were misled to purchase unnecessary equipment to meet the criteria of a business account. Equipment purchased has been faulty. I do NOT have access to my own account and have not been able to resolve this issue in store, online, or by phone. I have tried to resolve these issues for months to no avail. My account was converted to a business account through a satellite store in Rexburg, ID 83449, when my daughter needed a new phone. I was contacted by phone for authorization. We were told that by converting to a business account we'd save money and were then sold 3 HUM devices to meet the 5-line requirement. When speaking to an Official Verizon Store rep one of our most recent visits to resolve our phone issues, we were told that was unnecessary. For the record, only one device has ever been in use, and to date, the information relayed has not been accurate. My daughter and I were not told of a 2-year contract for the devices or any plan, and in fact, I specifically stated that I didn't want anything with contracts. Additionally, my daughter was sold a Liquid Glass screen protector. She was told that would protect her phone and it was pretty much damage proof. The FIRST time she dropped her phone (less than waist height, and in a case), the screen shattered. She called a Verizon store and was told that it was not recognized as a Verizon product and she should call the Verizon store where it was purchased. The store of purchase also refused to acknowledge the issue. The most annoying, frustrating issue, however, is the fact that I, as the owner of my company, do not have access to my account. I cannot see my bill online. I cannot pay it online. I cannot make changes to my account. Do you know why? Because I am not authorized to do so. In fact, NO number on the account is authorized to do so. The account was set up BY VERIZON under my daughter's previous phone number (which she had to change at the time the new phone was added to the account and the business line was set up). I have called Verizon for help. Unfortunately, because I am not the authorized person on the account, they cannot help me. I have gone into stores for help. Unfortunately, the young man behind the counter (in a completely empty store) said that because of Corona, he could not help me, and he was only allowed to tell people to go to another store. He never stood or otherwise acknowledged that we needed help while he scrolled through his phone. I went to the main store in town, and guess what...they tried to help, but the issue still remains. I have been dealing with this for months. I have been patient and tried to work around the issue because Corona has made things difficult all around, and I do understand that. But I am beyond frustrated. Our service has been disconnected for nearly two weeks. As a night shift nurse in a blasted pandemic, my time is limited. Trips to Verizon stores have been a waste of time. I am not sure where else to go to resolve this situation. I would like the restart fees ($10 per line) taken off my bill. I would like the HUM devices refunded. I would NEVER have agreed to a 2-year contract for them or any other aspect of phone service, and if there is one, I want it dropped. Period. I would like my daughter's phone fixed, as she has been using a phone with a shattered screen for months (thank you Liquid Glass and bogus Verizon stores who do not honor their products), and I would like to have my service returned to a personal account and be given access to it. If these basic issues cannot be resolved. I would like my service with your company terminated. I went in last weekend because I needed a new phone and I was due an upgrade and I wanted to see what my options were. I was helped by Marc and I have to say that was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a phone and quite possibly the best experience buying a new piece of technology or electronics ever. He was super friendly and very helpful. He let me look at the devices I was interested in and explained all the differences between them all and answered ALL my questions( I had a lot let me tell ya lol). I ended up interested in the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus or the Note 5. I never once felt like he was pressuring me or got impatient with my questions. Marc broke down everything between the 2 devices what was the same, different, specs, everything. Even gave me a free bottle of water and a snack while I was shopping. I work in customer service and I am exceptionally critical of the service I receive because I do it all day long and know what high quality customer service is all about. Marc is phenomenal at his job and he obviously likes what he does because it shows in his attitude towards customers. While he was helping me he still was able to answer the phone when needed and even assist another employee with questions they had from another customer. I ended up getting the Note 5 and I am loving it. On top of that Marc helped me get a new tablet and even showed me a few changes we could make to my bill to keep the coverage and data I needed but lower my monthly bill. Now I have a brand new amazing phone and sweet tablet and I'm paying the same if not less every month on my bill. Marc totally took care of me and was so helpful. To top it all of I really wanted the 64 gb version Note 5 but it wasn't in stock in his store. Hey actually had his manager(who's name I didn't get) bring the phone I wanted from Stockton the next day so I was able to go back in and exchange phones to get what I really wanted. If your looking for a new cell phone from Verizon I highly recommend 4G Wireless in the Vintage Faire Mall ask for Marc and you won't be disappointed. I didn't catch the names of the other employees but everyone was polite and helpful as far as I could tell and I was there for a few hrs both days getting everything adjusted on my account and purchasing stuff then the 2nd time Marc personally got all my stuff transferred to the new phone. Great place great staff will definitely be back next time I need anything phone related and will be sure to go when Marc is working. Great guy and a real asset to the company. My review is based on my personal experience with service at this precise location. I approached this Verizon booth because I was having trouble with my service, i.e., calls were dropping and phone was just not acting the same. Moreover, after doing some shopping at the mall, I decided to see what was going on with my phone (didn't have much time, so I was hesitant about stopping in the first place). However, I approached the store and was automatically greeted by an employee, after gathering some information from me (she didn't sound to knowledgeable) so, she later directed me to her manager, Linda, I believe that was her name. I was well pleased with her service, she was fast, efficient, and most important solved my service issue (thank goodness, I didn't need a new phone, hate going through the hassle of insurance). She even convinced me to purchase a more durable phone case for my iPhone. Overall great experience. If your a busy individual like myself, who hates waiting, but yet expects great service; then I recommend coming here! read more

I just want to say that this store rocks! I was really nervous as the previous reviews were not so good for this store. But they were old and this was the nearest Verizon to me at the time. I walked in and was greeted by Amo. A very nice representative . He answers all my questions without confusion or hesitation. He offered me various products but I went with the S7 and the Samsung tab. I am truly satisfied and not once did I feel pressured . During the process the manager Angelica came and offered her assistance and offered a cup of water . Truly impressed with the standards this premium retailer must hold. Came in because my phone broke. I don't ever write good reviews but the service I received by the individuals were A1. I waited about 10 to get help but the blond hair female I believe was the manager checked in with me every couple Min. The individual who helped me was knowledgeable and he put me in the right phone as well as my wife. Received a free tablet !! The rep went through a check list with me which covered all fees I appreciate them disclosing everything with me. Manager called me today! Check in how awesome is that!!!!! Linda solved my problem that had been plaguing me for weeks. By working with my phone she made it possible for me to receive emails on my AT&T windows smartphone as well as on my Apple computer at home where I have a Verizon email account. Prior to seeing Linda, I conferred with AT&T people on 4 separate occasions, Verizon tech support people twice, Apple Store people three times and an Apple Care person once. I have came here for a long time and was never wowed until recently. I believe it has to do with the new staff. They were very helpful and knowledgable and made my problem there priority. I came in with a phone issue and Ernesto greeted me as soon as I entered the store he took his time to explain to me what I needed to do to fix my problem and gave me a little class on how to use my phone since I am a little older and not great with this new technology! I put 5 stars only because of 1 worker , and that is Amanda Perez , Shes helped me before at previous stores and im going to continue my relationship with Verizon simple because of how helpful she is . Shes motivated and very driven. She has great communication skills and knows how to truly work with the customer. Im going to keep posting until she gets the promotion her hard work deserves. I went to the mall today and experienced the best customer service ever. I believe her name is Amanda. She's a great sales rep. I haven't seen one so respectful and kind in a while. So, I felt very appreciated. Thank you for hiring someone that gets the job done smooth and professionally. I was in there this weekend with my daughter and the manager (Linda) was extremely helpful. Not only did she have someone take care of finding us what I needed to make me more portable but actively engaged my daughter on going back to school. As anyone knows, the length of time it can take to get everything right could be a bit much for a kindergartener. She did everything in her power to get me a deal and help me with my plan. My screen was cracked and she made phone calls to help me out. I had to go back in and Marc helped me out.
