My husband and I went into inquire about upgrading our phones and let me start by saying we've never been to an establishment where they had employees so blatantly disrespectful & just rude not only to us but everyone who entered the store. Walked in 20 min to close because my phone gave me a no sim message and had no service to call or text and the girl told me they couldn't help me because they were about to close and to call tech support. I had to drive home to connect to wifi and to use another phone to call and have them fix the problem. Was a 15 min phone call. Took me longer to drive home and find the correct number to call. read more

I am not a fan of the business model of AT&T, but I will say they have some pretty fantastic folks working for them. Shoutout to JAYBO for his exceptional customer service and doing the best thing for the customer not the company. We still went with AT&T but definitely didn't get caught up in the contract slippery slop. If I could give this store no stars I would. Totally unprofessional, empty promises and complete liars all work here. Jose Guerrero was supposed to have been taking care of us. We would literally get off the phone with him telling us to come in for an appointment and walk in and be told he wasn't there there and nobody in the building could help us. Carlos the store manager apparently takes a lunch and then goes home for the day, then laughs with his employees basically saying "too bad so sad nobody can help you till a week from now." The only girl I have seen working there is completely rude with the ugliest attitude. I can't believe you all treat your clients this way I guess it is true it's the Walmart version of AT&T we later learned this store isn't an actual corporate store it's just an independent owner. This is for the AT&T company not any specific store. We recently moved into a mobile home park and wanted to transfer our service here. Called to transfer service. Customer service guy told me I couldn't restart service under my husbands name because THEY had one of the dodgers in his SS number wrong. I had to restart in my name. I figured I was done just had to wait for them to install on Oct 4. Day came with no call from them. I called to check in oh it was canceled because they are having an issue. Reschedule to Oct 7. Get a call from them on the 5th can't fix problems could be 'Nov 4 before they can install. I told them forget it. I went in xfinity today got my equipment installed it myself. Guess what ATT show up at my door at 5 pm. Told them to take a hike. How can a company run like this? read more

DO NOT GO INTO THIS AT&T BRANCH!!! Horrible experience with young unexperienced lazy workers that don't want to do their job! Jose originally was the one that "Supposedly" helped me switch from Verizon to AT&T! When he was "done" my sister tried calling my phone and it wouldn't go through. He tried doing other things finally after a while being there he said it will take some time to complete the transfer so I left. My phone was not working and said that it was suspended. I called AT&T and they told me I had to wait 24-48hrs for transfer to complete! Never heard of it but ok! I gave it 3 days and my phone was still suspended! So I decided to go back to AT&T at the Vintage Fair Mall where they had "transferred my line" The young guy was a bit rude and had me log into my Verizon account through safari since Jose set my phone to factory re-set. I wasn't able to log in and they had the audacity to tell me to go or call Verizon to give me a transfer pin! In my head I was like.. Excuse me? That's YOUR JOB!!! But I still went to the Verizon store and they told me that he couldn't provide that to me so he gave me a # to call so I went back to AT&T and told them that they had to call Verizon this young girl was rude and right away said it could have been their system with out any knowledge of my situation. Finally Melanie the manager was able to solve my problem and did mention that Jose had entered the wrong transfer pin!!! At that point I got even more upset because it's was their fault and they truly didn't care to help me! Melanie did say that she would talk to him and also asked me not to leave a horrible review. I ordered a iPhone XR from Noel L since they did not have it in stock. He proceeded to activate a new line to my account for this new phone which I did not receive that day. Meanwhile I decided I did not want this phone but was told I could not cancel my order. I had to wait to receive the phone then return it to AT&T and wait for AT&T to receive it again in order for me to be refunded the sales tax I paid for the iPhone XR and to cancel the line added. Multiple calls to AT&T to resolve this and still no resolution when I've done what I've been told by AT&T in Vintage Faire Mall. Since all their mistakes they "do not handle". I'd definitely recommend not purchasing from this AT&T store and taking your business down the road to AT&T 3900 Sisk Rd where they have wonderful customer service and really try everything to help you with any issue you have. read more

We've had AT&T for many years we have recently moved and had u verse installed they did not come on the day they said they would which I understand happens sometimes but then our internet lags and is only at 12-15 percent of the speed they had promised it's really frustrating trying to get a hold of someone to help so we drove to the office nearby they couldn't help either so we set up an appointment for a technician to come to our house yesterday and it was a no show with no courtesy call very unprofessional and terrible service. The person on the phone was very surprised at how slow our supposedly high speed internet was and even suggested that maybe old faulty equipment was installed!! read more

I went into this store yesterday with my Co-Worker and was met by a lady named Erica. She greeted us and my Co-Worker began to try to explain that she was unhappy with her Samsung Galaxy. Erica cut her off mid sentence and said "has it been over 5 days?" my co-worker said yes and Erica responded with "Then there's nothing we can do because its over the limit." Had she let my co-worker finish her sentence she would've heard that she simply wanted to see all of her options to maybe upgrade to a different phone. I stepped in and asked Erica if AT&T will buy back a phone towards the purchase of a new one since best buy does it. She says "oh well yeah we do, but it won't be worth it because you wont get back what you paid for it, and you'll have to pay off the remaining amount owed on the phone." Yes, Erica we know that. We simply want to see what options are available since she is unhappy with the phone she is currently paying for. My co-worker asked Erica if she can look up her account to see when she will be able to upgrade and after a beat Erica agrees. Then she quickly shuts us down so she can move on to the next customer. I get that these employees might possibly have a quota they need to meet and maybe they make commission, maybe they don't. The point of this review is to let them know that customer service is the most important thing. Whether I am going to spend my money today, tomorrow, or next year..... if you treat me like I'm not worth your time I will not come back. So, AT&T, I will no longer be coming into this location because I feel like I am not worth your precious time. (Rather, not worth Erica's time.) You may want to spend some more time with the employees and explain to them the importance of treating everyone with RESPECT. This store has horrible customer service. I needed to replace my micro data cable I bought because it didn't work. When I walked into the store the employee Juan Gomez was talking to a friend. He stopped talking to her and asked me what I needed. Not can I help you etc... I told him I need to replace my cable because it didn't work. I had the box bag and no invoice at the time. He looked into the computer to see if he could find it under my name. He couldn't because the employee Jacqueline Avila who sold it to me didn't put it under my account. He said there is nothing he could do. I could take it back to the att corporate store and they can exchange it. I didn't like that answer so I went back to my car and found the invoice. He then gave me a smart remark when I came back in with the invoice. I asked for a Manger and he said one won't be in until moday. I asked for a card to complain and here I am writing this review in this store. I called the number on the card a numerous times.
