Anytime I have had to call I have never had to wait on hold, they pick up. The people I have talked to in the office are always helpful and friendly. 2) We have the 60 MB plan and have not had too many issues. Occasionally there may be some lag time, but for the most part the service has been good. We do have a couple extenders in the house and I think these help a lot. 3) It is easy to set up your account online and manage anything you need. I am on autopay and it makes things very easy 4) We have had technicians come out twice over 2 years. Once when we moved in and again this week when we were able to upgrade to a higher speed plan. They had to replace the radio antenna to get the higher speed. Vance and Ryan were the technicians that came out. They are both professional, friendly, calm, knowledgeable and work efficiently. They arrive on time, introduce themselves, explain what they are going to do, and then get the job done. For me, it is the little things that matter. For example, this week when they both came out and it was wet outside from the rain, before they entered my house they wiped their feet. These little things show you that they care about what they are doing and that they want the customers to have a good experience. If you are debating about what internet to go with, choose Ayera. We have been very happy with our decision.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

I purchased a new phone from Samsung.com and came here to activate it and transfer data from my old…read morephone. A young female came from the back to ask me what I needed. She was talking on the phone. I Explained why I was there and gave her both phones. She activated the new phone and connected it to the old phone to begin the transfer, the whole time she remained on her phone call, which appeared to be a personal call. After about 15 minutes, she told me it was $10, so I paid. I asked her if all contacts, pictures, and text messages were transferred, and she said, "yes". I get on the freeway and try to call a friend with voice command..... no contacts are in the new phone. I called Cricket Wireless to complain about the store's customer service and performance. Cricket immediately gave me a bill credit and noted my account so I could visit a different store and have the transfer done correctl, free of charge. The person in the store had HORRIBLE customer service skills! Too bad there's not a zero stars option!!!
