Then yesterday I happened to walk by Bright Phone Repair at Crossroad Shopping Center, 901N N Carpenter Rd Suite 45, Modesto, CA. I read the signage in the window regarding phone repair services, plus ALL the gadgets, watches and jewelry, etc- and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also print T-shirts! :O I spoke with the proprietor about ordering 2 identical shirts with this Rainbow ROBOT design [see attachments]. He took special care to reproduce the bright colors and fine details in the image which I sent him by email. He had expressed concern that the colors might come out faded, but, it came out perfect! Here is a side by side comparison of the printed shirt and the original image file which I had found online recently. I wish I knew who created this superhero so I could give proper credit to the artist. Likewise, Bright Phone Repair gets major cred for an excellent print-job! $50 for 2 custom-made T-shirts is quite reasonable. [Support local businesses. After being quoted only $120 I drove 30 mins and he literally changed my screen in 20 mins only, well all this now makes sense because my phone will power on and off all day since I changed the screen. I'm not able to answer calls without it powering it off and back on. I called and took it back to them. He literally just played music on my phone waiting to see how many mins it took to turn off. I feel like he was trying to BS me, then he started saying after you drop your phone and fix your screen your phone get smashed and problems can start. I've had many iPhone screens repaired, no one has ever messed up my phone like this.... Now (today) I will be going to ATT to spend 1k for a new phone. They completely trashed my iPhone 16.... I even tipped the guy who fixed it. I do not recommend this place. There is signs all over the place saying there's no refunds and they will refuse service. Major red flag for a business.

Two weeks ago, I paid to have my phone screen fixed here. The SAME DAY I left their shop, my screen started blacking out. I immediately called and reported the issue, and the guy told me to record it if it happened again and bring the phone back in so they could fix it. When I went back, they told me they didn't have the screen in stock and that they would "call me" once they got it. Days went by, my phone kept getting worse, and every time I tried to follow up it was one excuse after another. I was told to come back multiple times, only to find the shop CLOSED during business hours with no answer on the phone. When I finally did get ahold of the owner, instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I asked for a refund since they clearly couldn't fix the issue, but was told they "don't do refunds." I asked where is their posted sign that says no refund , since every legitimate business is supposed to display it, and was told they "don't need to have one." Basically, they take your money, do a poor job, and leave you stuck. They kept pushing me off, telling me "come back in 3 days," then "come back in 2 weeks," then just flat out ignoring my calls. After all this time, my phone is still not fixed, the money I paid, and I've only been treated with disrespect & rudeness. This place is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, unreliable, and dishonest. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT trust McHenry Phone Repair with your devices.

My elderly parents visited the store seeking assistance with my father's phone, which was no longer functioning properly. They were assisted by an employee named "Ashley." During the interaction, Ashley was dismissive, unprofessional, and discriminated against them because of their age, accented English, and ethnicity. Initially, Ashley requested and verified my mother's identification to access the account. However, after doing so, she stated that the system was not working and claimed she could not provide any assistance. She then instructed my parents to visit a different Cricket Wireless location. When my parents asked why they could not return to the same store for assistance at a later time, Ashley responded by stating, "because I do not want to help you." Concerned by this treatment, my sister, Erika Colbert, called the North Carpenter Cricket Wireless location to speak with a manager and to confirm Ashley's full name. Ashley refused to provide her last name and would not allow my sister to speak directly with the manager, instead transferring her to another employee by the name of Christina. Additionally, Christina and Ashley refused to provide my sister with the manager's contact information when she requested it. They informed my sister that the manager would be in the following day and took her contact information, assuring her that the manager would return her call. However, the manager never contacted my sister. My sister subsequently called the store multiple times over the next two days in an effort to speak with the manager, but her calls went unanswered. The treatment my parents received was unacceptable. Ashley refused to provide even the most basic customer service, acted inconvenienced by their questions, and made them feel like they were a burden for simply asking for help. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior from anyone representing a business. This was not a minor customer service issue or simple misunderstanding. The treatment my parents experienced reflected a serious failure in professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency. Rather than receiving assistance, they were made to feel unwanted and unwelcome while seeking help with a legitimate service issue. As loyal customers and elderly members of the community, they deserved patience, courtesy, and respect. Instead, they left feeling humiliated and deeply upset by the experience. I respectfully request that Cricket Wireless conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take any appropriate corrective action. I also ask that steps be taken to ensure that other customers do not experience similar treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response regarding the outcome of your review.
