The staff is super friendly and helpful and they completed the resizing within just a few days. They took an expensive piece of jewelry I was previously unable to wear, wearable! I can't wait to wear it. I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin. They took pictures and my measured my true ring size for me to provide to my jeweler in NY all for free and just to be helpful. I will definitely go to them for all my jewelry needs.

After having a really disappointing experience with another jeweler, I was honestly hesitant to…read moretrust anyone else. But after losing yet another diamond from my wedding ring, I figured, "What do I have to lose?" I am so grateful I walked through their doors. From my very first phone call to meeting John in person, I knew this place was different. John has taken incredible care of both me and my stepdad. He is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is done right. Elijah has one of those larger-than-life personalities paired with an incredibly kind heart, and Mike greets me with such warmth every single time I come in. Every interaction feels like visiting friends rather than doing business. Over the past several months, they've become my go-to for everything jewelry related. They've repaired sterling silver, gold, and platinum pieces that I honestly thought were beyond saving. They've replaced missing stones, reset diamonds, sized rings, repaired broken bracelets, untangled necklaces that I had all but given up on, and even appraised several family pieces. If I'm being honest, I don't have the best track record when it comes to taking care of my jewelry. Thankfully, this team has my back. They never make me feel embarrassed, they explain everything, charge fair prices, and consistently deliver beautiful workmanship with an impressively quick turnaround. As if all of that wasn't enough, I even won a 1 ctw diamond during their Mother's Day scratcher promotion! It was such a fun and unexpected surprise that perfectly reflects the kind of business they are--they genuinely enjoy making their customers smile. Finding a jeweler you trust is hard. Finding one that treats you like family is even harder. This team has earned my trust completely, and I wouldn't take my jewelry anywhere else. Thank you, John, Elijah, Mike, and everyone on the team for your exceptional craftsmanship, kindness, honesty, and customer service. You have customers for life, and I recommend you wholeheartedly to anyone looking for people who truly care about both their work and the people they serve.
