John is amazing! October 2023, he helped my now-husband pick out my engagement ring. He worked with him for hours to make sure it was absolutely PERFECT (and it absolutely is!) Fast-forward to July 2024, we went in to pick out our wedding bands and get my engagement ring resized & we happen to get John again (we're just lucky, I guess) &&& he did not disappoint. It was first time working with him but my husband spoke very highly of him so I had high expectations. Let's just say he not only met those expectations, he exceeded them! He was very patient with helping us choose our wedding bands even with a line of customers walking in (when we came in, there was only 1 other customer there but as John was working with us, a line of customers started - at one point, there were 4 customers waiting to be helped) --- he made sure to acknowledge each customer as they came in but didn't rush us/the process. I went in thinking I knew what band I would like with my ring but I ended up choosing something a bit different (be prepared for this). They had a good selection of bands, so I tried on a bunch. John could've oversold us on a more expensive band but he echoed our decision when we both liked the lower priced band. I also left my engagement ring there to get resized as well. Next, when picking out my husband's band - he was very patient to show us the difference between the metals and all the intricacies with the types of styles. When it came to picking up our rings/bands - they really under-promised and over-delivered. They were ready before the estimated dates given when we purchased it which is ALWAYS a plus! &&& they were a DREAM (I am in love with our wedding set!) The second interaction was during their Christmas event. We decided to stop in and take a look & also visit John to thank him since we were engaged the last time we talked & now we're married :) We didn't walk away empty handed - I got these GORGEOUS earrings! And it was nice to catch up with John. He is not only a great salesman but a great person. He genuinely cares & I cannot stress this enough but that man is patient. Upon walking in, Greg Ciccarelli, the owner, greeted me and spent the next 45 minutes, uninterrupted, answering all the questions from the list I brought in! He did not rush or pressure me. He asked additional questions to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. He educated me on several types of metals (including, 10K gold vs platinum) and diamonds vs lab grown diamonds. He showed me several rings within the style and size I was interested in and did not try to upsale me in any way. The professionalism and patience towards me was impressive. From the time I walked in until I purchased and picked up my ring was perfect! He updated me via text every step of the way. It's taken me a few months to write this review. I've gone back & forth on whether to write this or not. Long story short....... I wanted to purchase my engagement ring from a local family owned business in the area, so I chose Ciccarelli. Great experience buying the ring from them. John the sales guy at the time was wonderful to deal with. He explained the differences between a lab grown vs natural diamond. He said many things to me that made me believe I was making a really great purchase of this 1.63 SI1 lab grown Diamond. I was told it was a great way to save money and a great investment. Bunch of other salesmen bullshit that I came to find out later. Set the tone, I was prepared to purchase up to a $14k engagement ring. Thank god I didn't. So here's where the story takes a turn. My engagement ended 13 months after the purchase. I thought "hey, why not sell it back to Ciccarelli!" I knew I'd have to take a hit price, no bigee! I spent $7,300 on the ring. So, I go into the store, and was abruptly told very quickly that they have some store policy on not purchasing used jewelry.... Which was interesting to say the least. Greg's wife quickly came into John & I conversation to say "sorry, we don't buy back jewelry we sell"! Interesting...... I decided to look up 2 other reputable jewelers in town. I won't name them. Both jewelers had almost identical comments about my transaction at Ciccarelli. Both came back and said, "that's a $400 Diamond in a $500 setting"! That's right folks,$900 ring at $7,300!!! So I don't blame Ciccarelli's 100% for this debacle, I take partial ownership. Here's the part that is just wrong on so many levels. I thought by going to a supposedly reputable jeweler at Ciccarelli's, I would be treated fairly, honestly, respectfully. That did not happen!!!! Thank you Ciccarelli for ripping of a Marine Corps Veteran!!! I really hope you feel good about yourself!!! Caution: Ask more questions. Don't take somebody's word for it! read more

I had a watch band that needed to be replaced, and there was no way I could do it myself. I didn't have the tools, nor did I understand how to remove the old band. So I walked into this store (after reading Yelp reviews) and immediately one of the jewelers accepted my watch and began working on it. 15 minutes later, he was finished.
