Definitely will not be going back to this place. There is little to no transparency. My girlfriend dropped off a ring to be redesigned in which we provided the diamonds for. That being said they charged 2k for the redesign and when asked for an itemized receipt they said they didn't have one until later, they text her a break down. We were charged for 11.5 grams of gold at $1,255 which seems high, but what ever they marked it up. When weighing the ring it is short 3.5 grams....interesting to say the least. When contacting them they stated hmm that's odd we didn't weigh it when we received it back from the designer. Then when they doubled back on it, they stated there was multiple cads that they had to create to get it right. I Would not recommend going to this place. read more

This place is truly a dump. To be honest, most jewelers are just terrible, in my opinion, but they sell jewelry the equivalent of polished turds. Not to mention their staff acts like they are a "King & Queen of Shit Island." Don't bother bringing anything of value to them. They will ruin it and insult you on your way out. I'd advise you to ignore the other reviews here, they are biased reviews given to them from their friend. Seek elsewhere. read more

I wish I could write a strong review but unfortunately I cannot due to two reasons. Several months ago I had an appointment with Becky but she did not show to the appointment. Her husband attempted to fill in but only could point out the items Becky had briefly researched. I came for a second appointment and a similar disconnect occurred. I decided to have several watch batteries replaced. YEP, you guessed it, batteries died within weeks. When I stopped by CalTime the jeweler showed me that the frame holding the watch in its case was missing. I obviously cannot return to this shop! Thank goodness for the great care at Ciccareli's.
