I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin. They took pictures and my measured my true ring size for me to provide to my jeweler in NY all for free and just to be helpful. I will definitely go to them for all my jewelry needs.

They did not have half sizes and said they could resize a ring, but it would take 3 weeks. We politely declined and went to Valliani instead. When we walked in, we told the salesperson (I didn't catch his name) exactly what we wanted. Just a simple yellow gold wedding band. Nothing flashy. They also told us that if we needed something resized, we can have it done in the store and it would be ready in about 30 minutes, not 3 weeks. We were very happy to hear this. We were helped right away by another salesperson (I didn't catch her name either). Everyone was very nice and we didn't feel pressured to buy anything. We got sized again and turns out my fiance is actually a size 9! The other jewelry store got it wrong. We found a ring that my fiance liked and it fit him perfectly! No resizing needed! The sales person also gave us 45% off so we were actually under budget! They even cleaned my engagement ring while we were there! It was unbelievably sparkly after! Told him that I didn't want anything changed. He assured me nothing would be changed. BUT TODAY, I went in to see my ring and saw they had significantly changed the design of my ring. They removed diamonds, gold accents, and put a larger center stone in the center ( Which I did not want). Now they are refusing to give us a refund. They want us to accept a ring they redesigned without our authorization. Mind you, we paid more than $3,000 for the ring. After suffering more unprofessionalism from the manager, he finally agreed to give us store credit for the amount we paid . STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
