Thank you Jorge for your knowledge and help on picking the perfect ring, and having our rings sized in time for the wedding... UPDATE: Took my wedding ring to have a prong fixed on the main diamond, within 5 days of getting the ring back, ALL FOUR PRONGS AND DIAMOND came off and I don't know when or where. Jorge says the main diamond isn't under warranty. This is true. But the prongs and diamond came off within 5 days of them working on THE PRONGS. Bad business. Jorge is taking no responsibility. He offered to sell me another diamond. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

My fiance and I stopped in to look for my groom's wedding band. We had just came from another jewelry store in the mall that sized his finger at 10.5. They did not have half sizes and said they could resize a ring, but it would take 3 weeks. We politely declined and went to Valliani instead. When we walked in, we told the salesperson (I didn't catch his name) exactly what we wanted. Just a simple yellow gold wedding band. Nothing flashy. They also told us that if we needed something resized, we can have it done in the store and it would be ready in about 30 minutes, not 3 weeks. We were very happy to hear this. We were helped right away by another salesperson (I didn't catch her name either). Everyone was very nice and we didn't feel pressured to buy anything. We got sized again and turns out my fiance is actually a size 9! The other jewelry store got it wrong. We found a ring that my fiance liked and it fit him perfectly! No resizing needed! The sales person also gave us 45% off so we were actually under budget! They even cleaned my engagement ring while we were there! It was unbelievably sparkly after! We left very happy after only about 20 minutes in the store. read more

Always expect the unexpected. My fiancé and I were about to walk out of the mall when we decided to get measured for our rings. Jorge Flores greeted us and from there never looked back. His professionalism and customer service skills were on point, he was very clear in explaining the entire process. Never did I think I would walk out with two rings and get this he even cleaned my fiancé engagement ring talk about customer service on point. Because of Jorge we will definitely be back! read more

Very poor customer service!I bought a Necklace from this store and i asked for it to be shortened which they gladly did,3 weeks later the ring where the hook clasp goes into broke and that was where they had soldered and fixed it when they shortened it,i brought it back to get fixed and they were charging me $25 for it,saying that i probably forced it thats why it broke and to think i had only worn it once. The assistant manger was so rude and dismissed me off.I will never go back to this store and will make sure to tell all of my families, friends and co workers about my horrible experience. read more

Jorge was a blessing!! I can honestly say I would recommend Valliani Jewelers 100 percent if you are trying to find the item you are looking for!!! I will definitely be returning....Wow!! RUNNNNNN far from this business! They build their sales on LIES and promises they can't keep. Came in to buy a watch, I found one I liked. The salesman AJ (Biggest pile of shit out of all of them) said he could give me a deal within my budget on a pair of ear rings I had my eye on and a watch. Said a number out of my price range, I rebutted with "$1,700 OUT THE DOOR, taxes included" he said I can do that! So great, sale was beautiful..... Or so I thought.. The company I financed through (jewelers company) contacts me to arrangement payments. We review the balance and they tell me a much higher balance than 1,700. They inform me, that yes the jeweler sent a balance of 1,700 over but they DONT add tax, the finance company does. They explained to me, the jewelry store knows better and will place a dispute so I don't get taxed twice. Urged me to contact VALLIANI. I spoke with AJ, at the time he seemed apologetic, confirmed he remembered the sale. Stated he would contact the finance company and get it straightened out. The finance company calls me back to see if I made contact, I told them what AJ had said. They asked if they could contact him directly to confirm what I was saying. I agreed. Here is where the real shit storm happens... AJ answers with full arrogance and all, like a real phone warrior.... Told the rep, he didn't remember me and our sale, and LIED that he told me he would "look into it" and call me back. Then continued to tell her (with me on 3 way listening to the bullshit) "I'm sorry the customer is so impatient and felt the need to take things into her own hands, but I will email the owner to see if I can accommodate her request. Even though that is not what we agreed on" ****Side note: I thought he didn't remember our sale ‍. Once he got off the line, the rep apologized for HIS behavior and was blown away with his disrespectful he talked to me. She couldn't believe the lack of professionalism he showed. She said she would see what she could do as far as returning the product and voiding the contract. She called back and AJ hung up once on her, she called again, he then stated they do not take returns. I could only keep the jewelry or exchange it. LIESSS again! Him and his sales rep Jorge said I had 30 days to return. They refused and AJ was laughing on the phone and thought it was a big joke. When I asked for the registered agent of the business, since I fully intend on filing a small claim lawsuit, he refused to provide the information. Only said all I can say is come back in a week and ask for "Harry". But this was after insisting he was the owner of the store Big dreams with little brains. Word travels fast and I'll make sure everyone know how corrupt this business is and falsify's information in regards to financing!! read more

Since samuels jewelers closed, I was looking for a new jeweler in Modesto .i just so happened to see my old salesman Jorge from samuels. Same cool cat I knew from back at samuels. He immediately greeted me and made me feel like family. This guys is serious about how knowledge of diamonds and sold me on a Rolex watch. And 5 years no interest with zero down. I am so happy with his service and I recommend VALLIANI JEWELERS to anyone. They have an on-site jeweler name Francisco, very good work. He polished my ring and rhodium flashed it for a reasonable price, 40$ . It was on the spot! Loved it. Harry is a nice gentleman who looks like the manager. Very gratefully that was did business with them. The staff is all awesome and good luck on your new location in Modesto. It needs a good jeweler like you guys! VALLIANI JEWELERS - 14K "N" & Chain - Jewelry Near Me - Modesto, California

The worst jewelry store I have ever purchased from. Makes promises during the purchase but never reviews policies with customers. At the time of purchase they said free sizing but never stated a 30 day time frame. Now as they are preparing my documents I decide that I will be taking my ring for service else where and the employee states that due to them already submitting request I could no longer cancel my service. Will never purchase from there again. All they care about is there money and not their customer service. To think I was going to purchase from there again in the future.. NEVER AGAIN! And DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

Everyone was so helpful and amazing! Great quality and care! I absolutely love my new wedding band!

Runnn this company is a scam. They have flashy jewelry and the latest stuff but please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Trustworthy. First off the prices on items are marked way up! Start at 50% over priced Don't ever pay what the sticker price says because If they can get over on you to pay they will. My husband and I stoped by to look at their watches and ended up seeing something we liked his & hers. AJ was the sales person i was talked out what I really wanted because I initially trusted him but he is a fast talker. He got us approved company financing and upon finalizing paper work quickly stated no returns. Wait what?? Well that changes everything hAd he disclosed that sooner maybe I would have taken a day to think but his timing was after sale was done and signed. It's illegal not to properly display no return policies Shady red flag number 1. My husband watch was not working upon leaving the store but he was told to wear it for 30 mins and it would begin to work because it works off body movement (Rolex) hummm I've never heard that not okay. Next day we returned his watch upset because it never started to work as he stated! So contract no return policy should be voided no returns on a defective watch but we have to select something else for a credit. Shady red flag number 2. This is bullshit. Watch was sold under false pretenses. However we still ended up switching them out Then We was promised authentic Rolex boxes and links to adjust watch size & asked to return 2days later. Showed up no AJ. Wasted trip none of what he promise was delivered. Shady flag number 3 Then one of the watches he couldn't find the Rolex proof of Authenticity card. Shady red flag number 4. He was searching threw many and gave us the wrong card & we gave it back. Gia (manager) tried to make it right but at this point there is no return we only can make it right by taking all these watches back! AJ will take this company under with his shady ways and false promises & deceit. He is a Crook nothing good will come to this company with the faulty integrity!!! hindsight I see him trying to just make a sale To have us leave the store with items sign on dotted line so he could then say NO RETURNS YOUR STUCK WITH STORE CREDIT! I am not at all going to let this fly. I believe the owner may not care because they are related so I don't expect help from higher up management so I will have to escalate further. I've asked to be put in contact with the owner and that has yet to happen. This was not a clean deal! I feel violated , taken advantage of and angry!!! This Business needs to be shut down today! read more

My husband and I stopped in because the store's signage regarding discounts prices was very attractive. We knew we wanted a ring but did not know what type of setting, # karats, or even diamond type. AJ, Jorge, Albert & Rob helped us find a ring beyond beautiful! AJ really was quite pleasant and helped to make it all happen within our budget. This was not expected- we were prepared to leave if things didn't come together, but with the store's advertised savings and AJ's know-how, everything did come together quite nicely. It was very cool that the entire team was assisting us- from finding the perfect-sized diamond, to the financing-all very impressive! I highly recommend this business. read more

Jorge Flores (assistant manager) for VALLIANI Jewelers in Modesto Mall. My daughter and I were looking for a birthstone ring. Since, it was so many in the store and not known what to choose. Jorge was very patient and assist us through. He worked with us on the price. Because of his kindness, patient and good customers service. We ended up bought a ring from him. We are very happy with his service. In a future I will recommend this company to any of my friends or family members. read more

Jorge the sales person was a really nice down to earth guy and helped me choose the perfect jewelry I was looking for. I came back a couple days later to pick it up and I totally forgot my mask but I drove from Stockton. I went in to the store to tell them I was picking up and the manager, in a very rude tone, told me I cannot come in without a mask. They still allowed me to pick up my jewelry but what was crazy to me was that he was literally helping out 2 guys WITHOUT MASKS inside the store?!? If you're gonna mandate me to wear a mask, mandate everyone and don't pick and choose only because they were seeking a purchase. The guys then walked past me and smirked which pissed me off even more. I spent $7k on this piece and I'd be damned if you treat me differently because I'm not buying at that specific moment. I'm giving the manager a 1 star but Jorge deserves 5 stars. read more

This is the best jewelry store in the Vintage Fair Mall by far. The customer service has never been less than amazing. They have done some great work on two different broken gold chains of mine for very low prices. Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE went in to get my fiancé's wedding band and mine aswell we decided not to go with them but since we where PRESSURED Into leaving a down payment the day before we where forced into getting my fiancé's wedding band even Though we ABSOLUTELY HATE IT the manager was absolutely rude mad because I did not want to do business with him telling me the down payment was made as a layaway we where never ever informed that we wouldn't be able to change our minds we felt violated, we couldn't get our money back and where forced into getting something from they're store even though once again we where NOT happy these are supposed to be happy moments choosing our rings a memory forever is now ruined because once again we ARE NOT SATISFIED I will always tell friends family even strangers to avoid this place no one should feel the way we did. DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR read more

This store doesn't even deserve a one star. I agree with Victoria and Rayshawn, this store is a scam. Went to look at their Rolex watch and ask for the price. He told me the price and said he can give me a discount if I have a good credit. So they ran my credit and said I'm approved for a 5 year no interest financing and my discount is very big. So thinking I got a good deal, stupid me I also bought one for my husband. When I got home thinking I got a good deal, went to look at official Rolex website, found out that the price I paid for my pre owned Rolex watches was only $300-500 less than the brand new ones. I went to complain and want to return it and they said final sale. Now I'm stuck with these watches. I'm so mad that I don't even want to go to the mall and see their faces. I don't wear the watch because it reminds me of how easily they scam me and my stupidity for believing them. I even remember that the price he told me to begin with is not the price on the receipt. They jacked up the price so you'll think you're getting a big discount. So if you're thinking of getting pre owned luxury watches, just go to official retail store and not to these fly by night scamming jewelry stores like VALLIANI. Money can always be earned and replaceable but they will never gain my trust back. Their credibility is ruined to me. read more
