Took my ring in to be cleaned. The guy that took my ring made me feel bad about my ring. The diamond was small. It was small because when I got married, we had no money. I love my ring. He pulled out a 2 carat ring and said doesn't this look better? Of course it does. I just don't feel like you should make someone feel bad with what they have. If I wanted a bigger diamond, I could have one. My life situation has changed. But my little diamond reminds me of how far we have come. Don't go for a cleaning unless you have a huge rock. read more

im not usually one to do this. write bad reviews and all. i like to believe that people will be reasonable. that they will be understanding. two odd weeks ago, i had decidedly chosen to get my rings sized. i was only wearing 1 at the time, since many were too big, or misshapen and needed fixing. i had put it off for a long time but now felt like a good time. i picked yonans bc along w the one i was wearing and the misshapen ring, both had been purchased from there, years back, by my mother. ik i was asking a lot, or rather that the amount of work that i was asking was, a lot (considering the other three rings that were being tweaked and sized). all of this is to say i had the smallest frame of reference in time to discover that the rings did not fit well when getting them returned to me. they were done so fast, i worked all week and couldn't make it myself during their business hours and had a friend pick up the order for me. like i said, the time between having them back, and two falling off, was razor thin. i had no time or rather did not possess the opportunity to return them for proper fitting--they were already gone, missing forever, within a day of having them back. i wouldn't trust these people with your jewelry; it's not in their skill set. this was mainly a basic job about sizing that they got so wrong the first time. they also refused to listen to me, lacked empathy, and wouldn't not take responsibility. i owned that ring for over 10 years and it came with me on birthdays and an international trip my passed gpa took me to, it was with me through college and graduation, through barely getting by to starting my career. i immensely loved that ring. that pretty, inexpensive, black hills gold one that my mother once bought me in 2014 for my golden birthday. rip, it meant everything to wear it. read more

I love Yonan's. I go to them for everything and they are reliable, friendly, and excellent. There's nothing Ed can't do!

My family and I have been going to Yonan's Jewelers for years, and they never disappoint. The customer service is truly outstanding, everyone is so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to help us find exactly what we're looking for, whether it's a gift, a repair, or something custom-made. Their prices are very fair for the quality and craftsmanship you get, which keeps us coming back time and time again. When my fiancé bought my engagement ring from Yonan's, the team made the entire experience unforgettable. When I saw the ring, I was blown away, it was everything I had ever dreamed of and more. We can't imagine going anywhere else! read more

Walked in to ask about the cost of adjusting a watch I purchased online. I was greeted by Pius, who kindly explained that it was a simple adjustment and there would be no charge. He sized, checked, and adjusted the watch for me on the spot. While I waited, the rest of the staff was just as friendly and welcoming--I could tell their genuine care for customers was authentic. The customer service here is truly wonderful, a rare quality that feels like a lost art in today's retail world. read more

Very friendly , helpfully and skilled at watch repair. I highly recommend this business !

I took my engagement ring in around 2pm Monday afternoon. Brian helped me, and was so lovely. He helped me choose the proper size for my ring, and then gave me my ticket and let me know I would have my ring by Thursday. I got a call the following morning at 10am that my ring was ready. They went above and beyond by cleaning it as well! Will absolutely recommend to everyone! read more

Yonan's has an extensive display of all types of jewelry for men & women. If I'm in a rush to get an item, I just explain the type jewelry I'd like & they direct me to it. Some say they're a bit expensive, but their items are top quality & of course: "you get what you pay for." read more

The whole staff is two faced. I called to get my ring swapped out to save a 45 minute trip to their location and confirm they'd be willing to do it. They said yes and to come in but when I arrived they treated me like dirt saying I've have it exchanged before. The previous style irritated my finger. Hence why I called to make sure they'd look up my file and be willing to do another exchanged. They were incredibly disrespectful and scolded me like I was some child. I feel extremely disrespected. I think it was Ed who did this. He was a tall, slender man in his late 50's or so. I explained that's why I called ahead of time to make sure it was okay and he kept firmly scolding me for wanting to exchange it again. I suffer from memory loss due to an accident and did not deserve this treatment especially since I took the precautions to make sure everything was okay on their end. I have never been lectured by a customer service representative/salesman in my life. This company is beyond unprofessional. They need to fire whoever treated me in such a poor manner. I didn't deserve to be talked to like that nor does any other client. Absolutely ridiculous people. He is scum for talking to me like that and ranting to me about it not letting me get a breath in and kept ranting and insulting me despite me saying "I understand" over and over. He has emotional issues and needs to work in a different field where he doesn't get triggered and show his anger issues towards clients with honest intentions. read more

I brought my daughter's broken cross necklace in for a repair. The stone had fallen out. They were able to replace the stone and I had it back in a few days. Their kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten. Thank you Younans!! read more

Really happy with Yonan's! I stopped by on a Friday evening a little before closing, and they helped me right away. I went in with a broken necklace and bent ring I've had out of shape for a few years now. For the necklace, their prices vary, but I got a good deal on them fixing it, and was told I could pick it up Monday. They did the ring right on the spot--free of charge! This place is awesome, I wish I had known about it sooner. 100% recommend for any jewelry fixes, they're fast and affordable. Thank you. :-) read more

I had received a bracelet and took it into Yonan to have it shortened by an inch. They told me it would be $30 to shorten it. I said OK fix it. Went to Yonan's to pick up my bracelet. They gave me my bracelet which is fine, the issue was the fact they kept my 1 inch piece of gold and told me it was for the cost of my bracelet. That can't be as I paid $30 for them to shorten it. I will never go back to Yonan as they rip me off. read more

I had truly one of the worst experiences here ever. I ordered 2 necklaces from Yonans jewelry and once I received them, they were thin and cheaply made. I ordered 18k gold custom made necklaces. Once I received them, I went to get them tested and the jeweler printed out the paperwork that it's 14k gold. I returned it! Be careful they are a scam company. read more

The sales staff and owner are unwelcoming, unprofessional and impatient. The owner was assisting me and just sat there as if held against his will, for the sole purpose of pulling out the items I was interested in. He offered no information, gave short and unhelpful responses to the questions I asked all while looking around elsewhere, clearly uninterested. This place of business should be avoided at all costs considering the monetary investment you're looking to make when purchasing fine jewelry. read more

My husbands watch band broke and I ordered a new one online. I managed to get the new band on but could not figure out how to get a few links out as it was too big. After struggling with it for 2 hours I took it to Yonan's. Once there Pius took great care of us. He easily removed the links and made sure it was a proper fit for my husband. He was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet. I won't ever be trying to do fix another watch I will just go see Pius! He also did not charge us which was super nice! read more

Working with Yonan's Jewelers has been my absolute favorite part of our wedding planning!! Yonan's was recommended to me by my uncle since he had purchased his wife's wedding set and his band from them and we are so thankful to him for that! We had the pleasure of working with Pius, he is extremely helpful, honest and super patient! It took us about 3 months before we actually purchased our rings and Pius was patient and respectful the entire time. We never felt rushed or pressured and that definitely made my fiance happy. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and always maintained his level of customer service. I sent Pius a picture of the ring I wanted and he created just that! I am IN LOVE with my ring and my fiance loves his ring too!! We couldn't be happier with our decision of picking Yonan's Jewelers. Thank you so much again to Pius and his team! God willing we will have many more opportunities to work together in the future! read more

I'm not sure who attended me when I went a little over a month ago but it could've been the owner himself. With me I had a genuine amethist necklace and ring set that my closest girlfriend had given to me as a gift but since we had a fallout and are no longer friends I decided to try to sell the set which she had mentioned to me previously that it cost over $100. The man looked at my set and after a few seconds told me it valued at $5 and wasn't real. What a crook! Glad I decided to turn around and go somewhere else. Don't buy or sell anything at this place. read more

Bought a few pieces of gold from here, they are good honest business i don't think I will ever visit another jeweler.

Bought a new Vincero Watch. Yonans sized it to my wrist free of charge! What service!

My mom and I went into Yonans with $100 that we had won at a raffle. Looking for Mother's Day gift they had a flyer that had several things for $99. We were told that we could not purchase any of those items because we could not use $100 worth of gift cards on something that retailed for $250 ..so they had to show us other jewelry that was priced at $100 retail. Crazy a $100 is a $100. We should have been able to use the $100 cards on whatever was priced in their flyer or in store. Very disappointing won't go there again. read more
