I brought my mother's watch to change the battery at this shop. I walked in and asked one of the staff. He was very helpful, kind friendly, and humorous to us. We very impressed with his service, so I asked him for permission to take a selfie and asked what his name. His name was kyle. While waiting to change the battery, I walked in the shop to look at the accessories. I was especially interested in the Disney collection. My boyfriend bought me a beautiful promise ring from DeVon's for Christmas and had taken a chance on getting the design that he did, knowing that it would need to be resized. The ring was a size 7 and my fingers are tiny so it needed to be resized to a 3 1/4. I didn't get any names but everyone was very helpful. They did everything that they could to get my ring down to the size needed. The manager gave me the option of bringing it as far down as possible and adding shank beads to get it as close to fitting as possible but it turned out that they were able to resize it without the beads. I couldn't be happier with my beautifully fit ring and the service that I received from every employee, they were all very friendly and eager to help. read more

This place is awesome! They are super friendly with UC students! I recently got my watch batteries replaced by them. An awesome lady named Cathy greeted me and she fixed my watch. It took less than 5 minutes to service. Then she asked if I was a UC student. I affirmed her that I was and she had it serviced for free! Then had a great conversation about student life. I normally only rate food places, but after coming here today to remove links off of my watch, I had to make a review. The lady that works there is super nice. I was talking to her and it costs about 10 dollars to remove links off of a watch. I was like ok I'll do it. As she was doing it, we got into some good conversation about where I was from, and she found out that I was a UC Student. She then told me the service was on the house because I was a UC Student. I'm horrified when I give my ring for them to clean but when I came back to pick it up my ring , the stone was detach from the ring. I ask the sales lady she says it just fall off by itself. I never have my ring falls off by itself for ten years. And she says the ring is dirty and she did not apologize at all. I feel violated and crying when I get to the car. I financed my husbands ring to get my credit boosted up. After 1 payment the allowed me to finance my wedding band. Each time I go in, everyone is so friendly and so helpful. I actually just made a payment over the phone, which is awesome!
