Zero Stars! I am disappointed with their poor service. Their two unprofessional associates were lazy and useless. I approached their kiosk ready to pay for two services & right away the associate states, "you'll have to wait 30 mins because I have to help a customer who is looking at jewelry." My issue here was #1) I was the 1st customer there, #2) there were 2 associates which one could help me and the other can assist the customer. #3) they had no interest or urgency to assist me. #4) the customer looking at jewelry didn't buy anything. I get it that there is potential theft, but that is why there is a 2nd staff for support. So ridiculous. That mall is struggling so bad with no foot traffic and you'd think small business in that mall would train their associates to have decent customer service.... She took her time with me even after ringing me up three times before I actually paid. showed me different chains compared to the ones with the pendants shown in the showcase box. Sales person, Jessica, took her time to show my husband and I all there selection on men's wedding bands and brides bands. I knew which one i wanted right away as soon as I seem it, my selection was easy; on the other hand, my husband had no clue he took a while and Jessica was very patient and not rushing us with a quick selection. Also she showed us different price ranges and wasn't pushing for a big sale. We ended up buying three bands. I looked everywhere in the mall about getting a ring sized urgently and every store either said they couldn't do it in the time frame or wouldn't do it. The staff at Maciel and co was my last hope. Their jeweler had picked up the rings for resizing on Sunday and I had inquired about my ring on Monday and lost all hope about getting it done in time. They listened to my situation and my plan for my special someone. The staff went out of their way to drop it off for me that day and I received a call the next day to pick up the ring. They even provided me with a nice ring box because I had left the original box at home. They went out of their way and made a big moment in my life possible. Disgusting buisness ethics, they scratched my watch while replacing the battery and tried to blame it in on me.... only minutes after they told me they could tell the watch had never been opened before. Once it was all said and done, they buffed the back as well as they could, but when I got home I realized they had broken the stopwatch within the watch. Their watches are not the latest fashions and are extremely outdated. I would not reccomend this place to anyone, I mean, during the replacement there was a little girl in the back who was running around with my open watch, seriously!? read more

I had a great experience at this jewelry store looking for a perfect engagement ring last December. I'm actually using my now fiancées yelp to write this review as she as the account, so yeah everything went well. Jason was the Jeweler that aided me through the process and he did an amazing job. I was price shopping at a few places looking for a beautiful ring that wouldn't put me in huge debt and came to this store a few times comparing prices, sizes, settings, etc. with a couple of other stores in the area. On each visit here Jason assisted me and answered any questions I had while showing me there wide assortment of engagement rings. Needless to say I picked out a ring and band he had suggested to me, which were not only beautiful but still in the price range I told him. Unlike some of the other stores which were getting me to fall in love with rings way out of my budget. I bought a wedding ring with maciel in the mall back in December. It was supposed to be sterling silver band with a green amethyst gem (genuine...). Well it's been almost 10 months and the gem wasn't green anymore and looked like something was growing on the underside of one of the gems. So we had it cleaned at a local jeweler and we were told that it was a fake gem. Now since they got it from an outside company they're trying to give us the runaround on getting a replacement...
