If I wanted a bigger diamond, I could have one. My life situation has changed. But my little diamond reminds me of how far we have come. Don't go for a cleaning unless you have a huge rock.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and they completed the resizing within just a few days. They took an expensive piece of jewelry I was previously unable to wear, wearable! I can't wait to wear it. I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin. They took pictures and my measured my true ring size for me to provide to my jeweler in NY all for free and just to be helpful. I will definitely go to them for all my jewelry needs.

Unfortunately, our interactions with both the owner and manager left us feeling that our concerns were being dismissed rather than genuinely addressed. Their defensive and dismissive responses left us feeling that raising legitimate concerns about such a significant purchase was unacceptable. The only resolution provided was for us to return the ring. While we appreciated having this option, it did not address our underlying concerns or change our disappointment with how the situation had been handled.
