I went here looking for a wedding band and was underwhelmed by their selection. The store it's self was nice that's why I gave two stars. I was not a fan of the customer service. They seemed friendly enough but were rude when talking about my engagement ring. I don't know if they thought it was okay to say because I got it somewhere else but I was very offended. They called my near colorless diamond yellow. They also made comments on how plain my band was. I understand upselling to a customer but making small rude comments about a piece a guest already has, especially a new engagement ring, is not the way to get customers. I will not go back and I do not recommend going there. Because of their selection alone it's not worth going to. read more

This was the first time my husband and I had been to DeVons, but we decided to get a blingy addition to my original wedding band after 6 years of marriage, and my mom and step-dad have always raved about DeVons so we thought we'd start there. We were helped by Victor and he was such a cool guy. Very personable, helpful and nice! I told him kind of what I was looking for and he pulled out several options, changing what he was giving me as I gave feedback on what I liked and didn't like. I found the perfect ring and both he and the girl behind the main counter helped us get approved for store credit so that we could actually afford to get the ring we wanted. I just got the ring back yesterday, and its just as beautiful as I remember it! They sent it in for sizing, and even had it soldered to my original wedding band for free! Everyone in Devons is always professional and friendly! We bought a loose diamond from them in 2005 which was absolutely gorgeous, they placed it in my existing wedding set. Fast forward 16 years, we went in to purchase a new set for our 20th anniversary. Impeccable service after the sale! Dawn and staff always go the extra mile to ensure they surpass their customers' expectations. While dealing with a sizing mishap stemming from another DeVons location, Dawn immediately asked me to bring it in and she worked to correct it. Her team were able to get the ring band reshaped and made the original error invisible. Another example of them going above and beyond was when a gold chain for my wife's diamond pendant snapped due to a mishap. They worked with us to get a replacement in time for our wedding which was two days out during this visit. Their price points are about on par with their competition, however I don't shop prices. I shop service and I'll gladly pay a bit more to be treated as a valued customer. I was pleased with his choice. I was hoping to get a SimonG ring like I've always wanted. He did give me the choice to upgrade for what I want. I went in when Devon's had a show which included SimonG. When I was ready to 'upgrade' to the ring that would be the ring that would make me very happy, I was told that I couldn't go from one brand to another? Not what I wanted to hear. A great place. But, lack of understanding that as a future married woman. Everything has to be on point. In this perspective the ring is a BIG thing to consider. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. I hate to be the only negative review however I would like my experience noted for other customers. My fiancé had a ring custom made at Devons and had a CZ placed so I could pick out the diamond. Jessica helped him with this and was amazing! She made the experience for him fun. When it came to finding a diamond, he chose one at Samuel's because of the price, quality, and no interest for 60 months. He brought the diamond to Devons to have it placed in the custom ring they made and Adam was rude making excuses as to why the jeweler will not place the diamond and even insulted my fiancé asking him if he understood what "no interest for 60 months means" and "if he planned on making his payment on time every month." They ended up putting the request in to place the diamond then called back 2 days later saying "the jeweler won't mount the diamond because of the inclusion and it wasn't their diamond so he didn't feel comfortable doing it." Which to me shouldn't be related. We ended up taking the custom ring to Samuel's where they not only complimented it, gave no hassle for placing the diamond even though the ring was not bought from them. read more

I have made several purchases at this location in the past and have received great service. Unfortunately over the weekend I purchased a watch from them. After taking it home I decided I did not like the watch and Wanted to return it. They informed me that they would not return the watch because I wore it after I purchased it. I only had the watch for about 18 hours. This seems unreasonable to me especially since I called them the following morning. It's not as if I kept it for a week. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is why people buy on line instead. Returns are easier and the products are generally cheaper. read more

Dawn Robinson is a life saver!!!! She is the manager at this store and did everything in her power to help me! My nana gave me her wedding band just before she passed away and made it very clear that the ring needs to be cleaned every 6 months in order to keep the warranty alive. I went to take my ring but lost my card that they fill out every time you get it cleaned. I was freaking out because I thought I was going to be screwed without that little card showing proof that I've been going in every 6 months. Well to Dawn, this was no problem at all! She took the time to search her system for my grandfathers information and she had to go through her records from 2011!!!! She was able to locate the purchase and supply me with a new warranty card! Not only did she help me out that way, she also took time to inspect the ring and noticed two diamonds were loose so she sent it out for repair FREE OF CHARGE!!! My fiance at the time, husband for one year now, and I had been looking for a diamond wedding bands. I didn't want just any band. I wanted a thick band , with a unique style. We found exactly what I had envisioned in my head, at Devons. I didn't want two pieces. I wanted to wear my ring as both my engagement and wedding ring. My husband made some changes and even upgraded the diamonds. Devons was wonderful, did everything they could to make it special. A year later and not only do I look at my hubby, grateful I am married to the most amazing man ever, but I look at my Beautiful ring and am thankful the salesman at Devons understood what I was dreaming of. Went to de Von's thinking our ring would come back looking great. Boy was I wrong. My husbands wedding band had dents in it and wasn't even straight. They sent it back and it came back fixed a little better except for the fact one side still had a very noticeable dent that wasn't even there when we first brought it in and you can see where the jeweler put the new shank on. So it went back for the 3rd time and that dent was still there. They only gave me two options option one is send it back take shank off or take it the way it was and pay full price. I told them I will take it but will never be back again. Can't believe the put a dent in my husbands ring and no discount and it took 3 months. Also when the ring went in it fit my husbands finger perfectly and now it falls off his finger. There customer service was horrible they obviously don't care about there customers. Never again.
