Customer service was phenomenal! I had a situation with a phone data not being transferred properly from one phone to another and it was a bit stressful figuring out the problem. This review isn't towards this specific location or any location or towards any in store staff. This review is towards Verizon Corporation and the people that runs Verizon. They suck! The phone personnel suck and they don't know anything. I spoke to multiple Verizon personal about the same issue I've been having and they wasn't any help. One of the personnel sent me equipment that wasn't even for my issue. "Are you happy" is a question them broken English mofo's will ask you! Naw mofo, IM NOT HAPPY! Another personnel said they were going to call me back to resolve the issue and never called me back. They charge people all that money for weak as equipment n service. Verizon is overrated and I don't recommend them at all! I even recommend all Verizon in stores staff to just find another gig n quit working for Verizon because they make them look bad. read more

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! Beware if this store and the Modesto store as well! To sum it up if you don't have time to read this is they had a different story each time I spoke to them, made promises they did not keep and gave me the run around and the customer was not a priority! I went to get my replacement screen protector I was told on purchasing my phone a year ago if I went back to the retail store it would be free. I was told by staff they do not carry that screen protector any longer for a I-Phone 13. The manager Christian, after me questioning how would I get a replacement since mine shattered and I was told on buying this it had a "lifetime guarantee". Christian said after checking he had one at his affiliated store in Modesto on McHenry Ave and could bring it over to the Ceres store in 2 days and that would cost me around $15 and would be quicker. He said"I'll have it at the store by 12:00 on Thursday. I questioned and should I call first, he replied no, it will be hear. I proceeded to go to the store on Thursday about 3:00 in the afternoon and the staff named Lupita stated not only was it not there but it would not cost me $15 but it would now per Lupita cost me $30. Lupita told me Christian should of told me it would of only cost $10 if ordered on line! She definitely had an attitude and was very curt and rude. On my insistence Christian who was at Modesto store was called and said the staff were wrong and it would be $15 and he would bring it from Modesto. I explained I could not have my disabled husband and dog wait in the car that long in the heat and would have to travel back to the store when the product was there. Mind you this is 2 hours after Christian o promised he would have the product there at the store.I live in south east Ceres and had to drive home and then called back in 30 minutes and was told by Lupita the product was now there. I wish it was a case of miscommunication but I asked her if these accessories came WITH the phone and she proceeded to lie to my face to make her commission instead of being transparent and honest. I returned the following day and couldn't be refunded for a $70 screen protector SHE offered to apply to my phone. We ordered 2 apple watches and Amanda in the Hatch Rd location totally went above and beyond in helping us. Watches arrived and there was some difficultly in getting both to sync with our phones. Amanda made several attempts to get help calling tech support etc.... This process took some patience and Amanda was calm and though she had worked an hour and half past her clock out time she was pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we went home with everything working correctly. She worked for over 2 hrs with me after I had such a difficult time with customer service (as did she) but she was patient & went way beyond her duties to get what I needed done & done the correct way. She deserves a medal for what she has to go through with the difficulties of customer service & she chooses to do so when she could otherwise pass her customers off. Do not use this store they will rip you off lie to you and screw you over. They have screwed up my account so bad it took over 2 months to get my account fixed. My sons phone which had a sims card problem with insurance on the phone and they said they couldn't fix the phone. So in turn we had to buy a new phone when we found out the claim should of been made against the old phone. Now I am stuck with another phone that we owe money on when the old phone could have been fixed for about $150. read more

I have friends who have gone to this store and all had the same story that the employees tell them the accessories are free or come included. Do NOT believe them I work at a corporate Verizon store in the bay and have seen the receipts my friends have and it is NEVER FREE! Nothing is free! Personally have not done business with them but save your time and money. My two sisters just went through them to purchase a new phone as well as add an additional line and combine phones on one plan. The one that got the new phone was charged activation fees twice, once in person and the next when it came time to pay their bill. None of the charges were fully explained either and when they left the phone was on order. When they left it was not with her new phone either she was told they would order it and would be there in 1-2 days. When the second day rolled around and there was still no word on her new phone they called into the store. Much to their surprise they find out the wrong phone had been ordered and she ended up waiting an additional 2 days. Long story short (this fiasco is ongoing and) it is better to just steer clear of this location. read more

Not someone who typically leaves reviews, negative reviews at that, unless it's to the point where it's customer neglect. This location closes at 7pm, my sister and I arrived around 6pm to add a line to our existing account. Upon our arrival, we were told we needed masks and to wait in our vehicle, and that isn't a problem at all. They also told us to put our name and number on a list and that they will call us when it's time for them to help us. The employee proceeded to tell me it was a 30 minute wait and I questioned if she would have enough time to help us out since we wanted to open a new line. She assured me it would be no problem and she was willing to help us, even if it's so close to closing. I thanked her and then proceeded to wait in my vehicle for an hour and thirty minutes before I went inside and was told I'd have to make an appointment and come back another day. The employees were clearly not trained on time management, customer service, and proper work etiquette. The manager was great because he was apologetic and offered discounts, but at that point we had to be elsewhere. It's just ridiculous to be that negligent towards PAYING customers that have been with your company for years. The female employee was rude, she was clearly aware of her faults, and wasn't apologetic at all. This branch is unorganized and a waste of time. We have been to this Verizon location a few times and the last time I went I swore I wouldn't go back. Well my daughters phone broke and she wanted an upgrade and this was one of the few stores open on a Sunday. We arrived and signed in, they said they would text us in 5-10 mins to help us. Within 5 minutes we got a text and Antonio Morales was the sales rep that helped us. This young man was so nice and patient in explaining the difference between the phones and any other questions we had. We were very impressed with his customer service he really went above and beyond! Ask for him if possible you won't be disappointed. read more

I just came to trade in my phone with my mother and we had hands down the best customer service experience. Roberto was able to help us trade in our phones and truly helped us out. We weren't sure of the passwords for the phones and Roberto was not only patient, but extremely helpful. One of the phones we specifically wanted wasn't in and Roberto was able to call around and get us the specific phone we desired. Not once during the transaction did I feel as if I was an inconvenience or troublesome. (even though I didn't know the password to one of the phones) If I had to rate my experience with Roberto he'd get an 11 out of 10! read more
