The guy (I should really learn his name by now) who seems to always be there is super chill and always has an upbeat attitude and is really nice and down to earth so you always have a good experience going in. He also always kicks me down some discounts or throws something in which is really cool and going above and beyond what he has to. One time he even gave me some water bottles for me and my pup 'cause it was such a hot day. I also want to reiterate what a completely opposite experience you'd have at Yo Mama's so save yourself that nightmare and just come here instead! (Really that place sucks and is full of douche canoes) Anyway, happy smoking/vaping everybody!

This shop is ridiculous a bunch of unprofessional kids. That know nothing about customer service…read more They run a online casino ie; you give them cash they set you up account for overseas online casino. I put money on casino and somehow the casino(not smoke city) there was a glitch maybe my internet connection maybe the casinos , All I know is I took screen shots called them(smoke city) and was informed they couldn't talk to me about it over the phone. So after going down there and trying to explain myself with my screenshots the salesperson was behind the counter where I couldn't even see him it literally took me being a bitch and a bit vocal for him to actually come up to the counter to deal with me. Where he explained to me after looking at the casino history that I was betting high. I told him that I did not that that is what the glitch was and that my spins were glitchy also. He then tells me that I'm the only one who has ever complained. I told him that I wanted a receipt of my transaction he basically told me that was impossible because it's not recorded. I asked him to contact the casino he wouldn't. I then told him that he would regret not having better customer service. This shop is in my neighborhood it is the only shop I go to for vape batteries etc even referring my friends I've spent hundreds of dollars on products in the store and was taken back by how terrible this kid treated me. After I left the store I went to log on to my casino account and this kid deleted my account the account Ithat was in my name that I had funded hundreds of dollars to. This shop did nothing about my complaint after I took the appropriate steps calling them taking screen shots etc they did nothing besides telling me I'm the only one who has ever complained. How can they just up and delete my casino account that I've put hundreds of dollars on. I bet these kids thought that when I said regret that I was gonna call the cops, that I don't do. This is what I do. I will be seeing this through by trying to locate the shops owner. Let me add that they deleted my casino account while I had a money on it still.

After bouncing back and forth coil-less on a business trip, I finally found in Vapor Mo's an uncommon coil for my Valyrian Uwell. I was so relieved obtaining one specially on a business trip. On top of that, the coil was cheapest compared even with online prices. After asking for juice recommendations, they made on the spot a fresh juice that fit exactly my flavor palette. Their "Studio" juice is highly recommended for tobacco-caramel lovers. The shop was being taken care of by three gentlemen that are dressed very fashionably for the vape scene and man, these guys certainly know what they were suggesting and what they were providing. This shop is definitely a vape haven, bring your vape here and I can testify that this place can deliver not just satisfaction, but even beyond. Highly recommended!! Would go again when in the area.

Friendly service, easygoing on newcomers (they give excellent recommendations on starter kits), very competitive prices, DELICIOUS in-house blends, and super chill atmosphere - about half of their space is dedicated for customers to lounge with free bottled water and wifi. Make sure to ask them about their packaged deals, because I walked out with way more stuff than what I was expecting! I got two 30ml e-juice and they gave me a 10ml bottle for free. They have a lot of great deals if you buy box mods and other accesories too. I'm going to be recommending this place to all my friends. Even if you don't live in Turlock, you should definitely check out MO's.

Terrible Service and Attitude…read more I had a really frustrating experience here. My wife walked in to buy a product that was listed at one price online, but ended up being charged significantly more in-store. On top of that, they added tax even though she paid cash and even left a tip, which didn't sit right with us. The worst part was the customer service. I went back in within 3 minutes to return the product, and they flat-out refused. The short girl manager was extremely dismissive, with a bad attitude and zero professionalism. No effort to help, no explanation--just rude and unhelpful. To make things worse, the exact same product is $20 cheaper at Flavors right up the street. Save yourself the hassle and go there instead.
