The plug that fits onto the bottom was miscut, and not sealing (which makes it air tight) allowing the water to leak out. Refusing to give me any kind of answer then tells me it's his problem. Frustrated at this time I bite my tongue to prevent myself from telling this guy off, I ask the company's name that made the water bong he said they won't do anything. I spent $75 on something I can't use properly! You should not be selling anything there and learn how to treat people for you have no communication skills. You are uncapable of owning a store. You can't sell broken ass shit, tell the person basically that you don't care and it's not your problem. Now I am your problem! I've already filed complaints with Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission against you. Tomorrow morning I'm going to file complaint with city of Waterford. I will not stop until this place is shut down and closed for good!

This one doesn't seem to operate that way. Prices have also gone up, while perks (freebies, fast service) have disappeared. The atmosphere is loud & more of a social scene than a professional environment, which may be fine if that's your thing, but that's not what I'm here for. One thing i've noticed over the full 2 yrs is that the staff has exclusively been young women, with male security guards at the door. It's consistent enough that it feels intentional. It gives the place more of an "aesthetic hire" vibe than a professional one. If you want a reliable online ordering & a more straightforward experience, drive to Authentic 209 in Modesto or Firehouse in Turlock.

I was told the deal continues tomorrow 12/23 and the flyer said the same thing. But the photo of the pods were different (disposable) which I didn't catch because the box's are similar and the description says "pods"so I wasted my time and gas coming here. Can't say I won't be back because I probably will but to be told one thing BY A WORKER then another worker says "yeah but see the pictures are different, sorry would you like to get something else?" NO, I CAME FOR THE DEAL THAT NEVER EXISTED. So I'll probably be back but extremely cautious of what they have to say and the flyers they post.
