This shop is ridiculous a bunch of unprofessional kids. That know nothing about customer service…read more They run a online casino ie; you give them cash they set you up account for overseas online casino. I put money on casino and somehow the casino(not smoke city) there was a glitch maybe my internet connection maybe the casinos , All I know is I took screen shots called them(smoke city) and was informed they couldn't talk to me about it over the phone. So after going down there and trying to explain myself with my screenshots the salesperson was behind the counter where I couldn't even see him it literally took me being a bitch and a bit vocal for him to actually come up to the counter to deal with me. Where he explained to me after looking at the casino history that I was betting high. I told him that I did not that that is what the glitch was and that my spins were glitchy also. He then tells me that I'm the only one who has ever complained. I told him that I wanted a receipt of my transaction he basically told me that was impossible because it's not recorded. I asked him to contact the casino he wouldn't. I then told him that he would regret not having better customer service. This shop is in my neighborhood it is the only shop I go to for vape batteries etc even referring my friends I've spent hundreds of dollars on products in the store and was taken back by how terrible this kid treated me. After I left the store I went to log on to my casino account and this kid deleted my account the account Ithat was in my name that I had funded hundreds of dollars to. This shop did nothing about my complaint after I took the appropriate steps calling them taking screen shots etc they did nothing besides telling me I'm the only one who has ever complained. How can they just up and delete my casino account that I've put hundreds of dollars on. I bet these kids thought that when I said regret that I was gonna call the cops, that I don't do. This is what I do. I will be seeing this through by trying to locate the shops owner. Let me add that they deleted my casino account while I had a money on it still.

She provides **excellent customer service** and always has such a positive, welcoming attitude. She is friendly, helpful, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable when you walk in. That kind of customer service really makes a difference and is something you don't always find these days. The new ownership is lucky to have someone like Yolanda representing their business. She has definitely made my experience a positive one, and I look forward to seeing her whenever I stop in. **Great customer service can turn a regular customer into a loyal one, and Yolanda has definitely done that for me!**

The plug that fits onto the bottom was miscut, and not sealing (which makes it air tight) allowing the water to leak out. I figured it should be a problem, tell the guy who owns the store, Habib, about it and he will make it right. Instead he was very rude! Refusing to give me any kind of answer then tells me it's his problem. Frustrated at this time I bite my tongue to prevent myself from telling this guy off, I ask the company's name that made the water bong he said they won't do anything. I spent $75 on something I can't use properly! You should not be selling anything there and learn how to treat people for you have no communication skills. You are uncapable of owning a store. You can't sell broken ass shit, tell the person basically that you don't care and it's not your problem. Now I am your problem! I've already filed complaints with Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission against you. Tomorrow morning I'm going to file complaint with city of Waterford. I will not stop until this place is shut down and closed for good!
