It was my first time in a new shop as I never steer away from my local hub, but I was in a pinch and I needed juice for the long drive home. I walked into the shop and had to wait about 10-15 minutes before I was assisted. For the record there was only one gentleman working and there were about three customers in line. When it came time to take my order, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable with his menu. I asked a couple questions and he recommended the switchberry juice which he claimed was his most popular. I gave it a shot in 4 mg of nic and only paid about eight dollars for the small bottle and went on my merry way. I was very impressed with the flavor of the juice as well as the consistency of the mixture. As far as I know the juice is made on site as your order. That is something I haven't experienced before but i thought was very neat. I would recommend this Vape shop to anyone! Thanks for the juice recommendation. I put money on casino and somehow the casino(not smoke city) there was a glitch maybe my internet connection maybe the casinos , All I know is I took screen shots called them(smoke city) and was informed they couldn't talk to me about it over the phone. So after going down there and trying to explain myself with my screenshots the salesperson was behind the counter where I couldn't even see him it literally took me being a bitch and a bit vocal for him to actually come up to the counter to deal with me. Where he explained to me after looking at the casino history that I was betting high. I told him that I did not that that is what the glitch was and that my spins were glitchy also. He then tells me that I'm the only one who has ever complained. I told him that I wanted a receipt of my transaction he basically told me that was impossible because it's not recorded. I asked him to contact the casino he wouldn't. I then told him that he would regret not having better customer service. This shop is in my neighborhood it is the only shop I go to for vape batteries etc even referring my friends I've spent hundreds of dollars on products in the store and was taken back by how terrible this kid treated me. After I left the store I went to log on to my casino account and this kid deleted my account the account Ithat was in my name that I had funded hundreds of dollars to. This shop did nothing about my complaint after I took the appropriate steps calling them taking screen shots etc they did nothing besides telling me I'm the only one who has ever complained. How can they just up and delete my casino account that I've put hundreds of dollars on. I bet these kids thought that when I said regret that I was gonna call the cops, that I don't do. This is what I do. I will be seeing this through by trying to locate the shops owner. Let me add that they deleted my casino account while I had a money on it still.

They do have a ton of different types of things. Even options that are wild! Their value is pretty decent. The reason for the low stars is because every vape pen battery ive bought lasted about a week. Then never worked again. Some wouldn't work the very first time. No return policy, no store credit. I bought 2 separate mini dragon eggs, the first one was absolutely perfect. The 2nd stopped working within a month. So then I bought another product from the Lookah brand and, yet again, it stopped working almost instantly. Before this happened I spent tons of cash there but I am NEVERRR going back there and hopefully none of my friends will when I let them know. Just buy whatever isn't battery operated and you're good! Just make sure you ABSOLUTELY want it because there is NO REFUNDS.
