This is my go to smoke shop in the Central Valley. Despite the vape ban, I can usually still get my favorite smoke juice, just not always in the nicotine level I prefer. This store is fucking trash. Dont waste your time. Staff is incompetent and make excuses. They sold me a faulty piece, and wouldn't refund it or just give me what I asked for initially, which is just a new functioning bowl piece. The one they sold me LITERALLY doesn't have fucking holes to pull.... wtf is the point of a piece that you cant pull through? This is the 2nd time I bought the same piece too because the first one had a cracked bowl. I asked them to order extra bowls and they never did. Upon trying to get this one returned I was told their hands are tied. Crock of shit. I'd recommend going somewhere where they wont fuck you out of money. I spent $200 here in a week as a first time customer on a vape, juice, and coils and 6 days after owning the vape the charger port stopped working so it's now a paper weight. They lady on the phone told me they don't do even exchanges for the same product that actually works. Terrible business model. She suggested I contact the manufacturer for my products warranty. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! The individual who works the night shift is a little A-hole and my experience with this place tells me managment isn't any better. They sold me broken merchandise and refused to exchange, gave me the run around and tells me to call managment. I went back the next day, after I couldn't get ahold of managment and when I asked if I called again would the manager answer the phone his reply was "that's on him if he does". WHAT?! I never got ahold of them by the way -_-...Time went by and I thought I'd give them another chance, so I went there tonight and made another purchase.. Stupid me... Recommend for buying only branded packaged goods which they have a good variety of (dont forget to get a receipt, they don't bother eith any exhanges/refunds anyway). I came Into this shop after driving by and seeing that it had just opened. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the shop had a wide selection of pipes and water pipes for very good prices in my experience. They also had alot of the other stuff youd expect cigarettes at good pricing (not really my thing) along with vape mods, tanks and primo eliquids that seemed to be priced right along with some of the better websites.
