I put money on casino and somehow the casino(not smoke city) there was a glitch maybe my internet connection maybe the casinos , All I know is I took screen shots called them(smoke city) and was informed they couldn't talk to me about it over the phone. So after going down there and trying to explain myself with my screenshots the salesperson was behind the counter where I couldn't even see him it literally took me being a bitch and a bit vocal for him to actually come up to the counter to deal with me. Where he explained to me after looking at the casino history that I was betting high. I told him that I did not that that is what the glitch was and that my spins were glitchy also. He then tells me that I'm the only one who has ever complained. I told him that I wanted a receipt of my transaction he basically told me that was impossible because it's not recorded. I asked him to contact the casino he wouldn't. I then told him that he would regret not having better customer service. This shop is in my neighborhood it is the only shop I go to for vape batteries etc even referring my friends I've spent hundreds of dollars on products in the store and was taken back by how terrible this kid treated me. After I left the store I went to log on to my casino account and this kid deleted my account the account Ithat was in my name that I had funded hundreds of dollars to. This shop did nothing about my complaint after I took the appropriate steps calling them taking screen shots etc they did nothing besides telling me I'm the only one who has ever complained. How can they just up and delete my casino account that I've put hundreds of dollars on. I bet these kids thought that when I said regret that I was gonna call the cops, that I don't do. There is an employee here--an older woman with kinky/curly hair and it's currently purple--and she's the downright worst. Always extremely rude and nasty to me, but not to to delivery people or other customers, as I have witnessed countless times before. She somehow can remember to be very rude to me every single time I stop in, yet makes me repeat my order like we haven't been encountering each other for years now. Such a bad look for this place.
