My wife walked in to buy a product that was listed at one price online, but ended up being charged significantly more in-store. On top of that, they added tax even though she paid cash and even left a tip, which didn't sit right with us. The worst part was the customer service. I went back in within 3 minutes to return the product, and they flat-out refused. The short girl manager was extremely dismissive, with a bad attitude and zero professionalism. No effort to help, no explanation--just rude and unhelpful. To make things worse, the exact same product is $20 cheaper at Flavors right up the street. Save yourself the hassle and go there instead.

There is an employee here--an older woman with kinky/curly hair and it's currently purple--and she's the downright worst.
