She provides **excellent customer service** and always has such a positive, welcoming attitude. She is friendly, helpful, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable when you walk in. That kind of customer service really makes a difference and is something you don't always find these days. The new ownership is lucky to have someone like Yolanda representing their business. She has definitely made my experience a positive one, and I look forward to seeing her whenever I stop in. **Great customer service can turn a regular customer into a loyal one, and Yolanda has definitely done that for me!**

After bouncing back and forth coil-less on a business trip, I finally found in Vapor Mo's an uncommon coil for my Valyrian Uwell. I was so relieved obtaining one specially on a business trip. On top of that, the coil was cheapest compared even with online prices. After asking for juice recommendations, they made on the spot a fresh juice that fit exactly my flavor palette. Their "Studio" juice is highly recommended for tobacco-caramel lovers. The shop was being taken care of by three gentlemen that are dressed very fashionably for the vape scene and man, these guys certainly know what they were suggesting and what they were providing. This shop is definitely a vape haven, bring your vape here and I can testify that this place can deliver not just satisfaction, but even beyond. Highly recommended!! Would go again when in the area.

Make sure to ask them about their packaged deals, because I walked out with way more stuff than what I was expecting! I got two 30ml e-juice and they gave me a 10ml bottle for free. They have a lot of great deals if you buy box mods and other accesories too. I'm going to be recommending this place to all my friends. No special flavor, no explanation, no heads-up. Just a full on gouge. Either they're price hiking tourists or banking on people not knowing any better. I don't mind supporting local businesses, but this isn't that. It's shady and disrespectful.
