The maze was pretty tricky and fun. I want to go back and try at night. It was super hot in the day but I still enjoyed it. It is a huge maze with lots of directions you could take ! The owner offered us complimentary cold water bottles after which was sweet of her. They have a little mini haunted house which is appropriate for kids ! I wish they would have had food when we went , but we went pretty early in the season . I believe they only have food on weekends. I would def recommend a visit for the maze and pumpkins. But my husband was the big winner with his haul of Atari cartridges-they are vintage but I think all of them have worked after being cleaned. He and the kids were up until after midnight playing Casino (?)...anyway they were laughing and having a great time and a a lot of it is down to the knowledgeable and cool people working at the store who were a lot of fun. I will gladly spend money at a store that is locally owned and promotes a welcoming vibe. So excited to go back! I had to take the time to leave a review! I've been in there multiple times for vape supplies and the owner Z is seriously THE BEST! She is so kind and sweet and she always has the best recommendations if I don't know what juice I want! I've seen her with other customers and this girl knows everything about everything! Lol I've been to a lot of vape/smoke shops and the people never know anything about their own products. This place is always welcoming and amazing customer service, I wouldn't go anywhere else because of how good of customer service I've received over and over again. The Smoke Shop is owned by the sweetest, young couple. J and his wife are very knowledgeable about their inventory. I went in there to purchase some vape juice and walked out with a hover board lol what can I say, my son fell in love with it plus they were willing to negotiate on the price so it was hard to turn down such a good deal :) before today, I didn't realize that smoke shops carried all sorts of things like t-shirts, hover boards, and incense sticks. My bowl for my bong broke and the lady that worked there was pretty knowledgeable and knew what size bowl piece I needed I think that's pretty cool considering other smoke shops I went to before in the past didn't know and told me bring the stem so they could size up a piece. read more

The owner's wife, Zee, helped me find the perfect hookah flavor and even showed me how to pack a hookah bowl that'll last for over a hour without burning out, just like the hookah lounges! The plug that fits onto the bottom was miscut, and not sealing (which makes it air tight) allowing the water to leak out. I figured it should be a problem, tell the guy who owns the store, Habib, about it and he will make it right. Instead he was very rude! Refusing to give me any kind of answer then tells me it's his problem. Frustrated at this time I bite my tongue to prevent myself from telling this guy off, I ask the company's name that made the water bong he said they won't do anything. I spent $75 on something I can't use properly! You should not be selling anything there and learn how to treat people for you have no communication skills. You are uncapable of owning a store. You can't sell broken ass shit, tell the person basically that you don't care and it's not your problem. Now I am your problem! I've already filed complaints with Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission against you. Tomorrow morning I'm going to file complaint with city of Waterford. I will not stop until this place is shut down and closed for good!
