DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! My son who is visually impaired went into this smoke shop with his caretaker! He asked the guy at the counter for help picking out a bong/bubbler for herb/flower purposes and the guy lost in translation when he heard bong that he wanted a "bubble crack pipe!!! I went back in and explained to him that my son is visually impaired and needed a bong for herb burning activities. He said he asked the owner and he said NO RETURNS! I said we don't want a refund he wants a bong he can use, just exchange it for something of the same value. He said I can't return it. He was rude and told my son next time know what he wants before he comes in the shop. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!! In response to the owner, that is not a bong/bubbler. That is meant to smoke crystal meth! went in asking for a small bong to travel with put in mind I am visually impaired and cannot see completely. guy sold me a crack pipe. once I noticed I went right back and asked for an exchange for what I asked for. guy was extremely rude to me and told me to learn what to buy next time and refused an exchange. super rude and unprofessional. edit; responding to ridiculous comment from owner. how is this not a crack pipe? and where is this used? there is no sign of it being used as it wasn't! could've just exchanged but instead making false claims. horrible management and stinginess. lost a long time customer! read more

horrible customer service and policies, went in yesterday and paid almost fifty bucks for some dab cleaner a banger and a carb cap and the guy helping me didn't even wrap in my banger it imme broke before I even made it home. so I went back in asked for a simple exchange since he made the mistake of not putting it into bubble wrap. well the guy calls his boss and says there's is basically nothing he can do which to me is horrible customer service and management policy. Go to mr vapes instead they hooked me up after this awful experience. the glass was bette quality and less expensive as well. also I have a picture to prove how lousy the glass was that I got from smoke zone. read more

I just want to say this is the only place I buy my wife's smokes. The owner is always friendly and engages in conversation with me every time I come in. The owners sons are just like Dad! They also are always friendly and converse with me. I've been buying my wife's smokes here for the last 7 months since moving her down here from our home in the mountains due to her health, not once have they "had a bad day"!
