What a bummer. I'm in the market for a new battery and called this shop just to ask a few questions…read morebefore coming in. I even started the call by asking if the employee had a few minutes so I wouldn't waste her time. She said "sure," but the tone felt pretty dry from the start. When I asked about a battery that showed as in stock online, she told me it wasn't available and gave very short, dismissive answers. The conversation ended with her snapping, "Okay, what is it that you want?" I was just trying to get some basic information before making the drive. Customer service seems harder to find these days, and this interaction was a real letdown. Honestly, I'd rather drive 45 minutes out of my way to spend MORE money somewhere that treats customers a little better.

I called to inquire about a rather unusual battery for my 1978 Mercedes 450 SL. The gentleman who…read moreanswered the phone immediately said, "Yes, we have the group 49 in your choice of 3 different prices." After I hung up, I wondered how he knew about these without checking. I thought maybe he just said that so I'd make the trip across town & he'd try to steer me to a different battery. I took a chance & was pleasantly surprised to see the 3 batteries on the shelf! I immediately purchased the middle priced battery which was $50.00 less than a comparable battery at a different store at which it would need to be ordered. The battery is quite heavy & he voluntarily took it out to my car & placed in the trunk. I was extremely pleased with the entire transaction. I installed the battery & the 900 CCA did a fine job of firing up the 450SL. I highly recommend this place.

I've been buying batteries of all sort from this company for a longtime. I have multiple off road…read moreatv's for the property use and enjoyment. I needed another battery for one of the quads. I had purchased the current one needing replacing in 2021. I went on line to there site and entered the model type of the battery. The page popped up with the price and limited stock, so I printed it up and gave them a call. I told the associate that I had seen it online and verified the price and asked if they had one in stock. After a moment he came back I said he had one. I told him I'd be down in about 30 min. to get it. After arriving the battery had been filled and tested for voltage and checked out. After he rung it up the price was $72.99 I showed him the print out and it had $57.99 He said that was for internet only. After returning home I pulled it up and at the top is a little banner that states that. So $80.48 for the battery and a drive to Stockton wasn't worth it. Loyalty to some businesses don't mean squat to some anymore. Needless to say it will be the last battery I buy from them so enjoy the xtra $15.00 you squeezed me for. Another 20+ years of me buying batteries for all our equipment will far exceed what you made today. Terrible customer service!

I was out of there in 20 mins and my car started! I should have got their names but I was in a slight state of panic I didn't ask or look. If the manager or owners of this business is reviewing this please know that the two guys working on this date and around this time (because I immediately came home and wrote this review) are top notch and deserve any bit of reward they can receive. Screen Card So, long…read morestory short, I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra at the gym to the point that it was completely unusable. Once I got home, I put in a claim with my phone insurance through my provider (Xfinity Mobile), and they gave me an option to replace the phone for $99 or to get it fixed for free. Now, I've heard replacement screens can be not as good as the originals, but on the other hand, "free" just happens to be my favorite price--so I took a chance and put in for the repair. This Batteries Plus (B+) was the closest official repair shop in my area, so once I put in my claim, they sent me a link to schedule my appointment, and away I went. The Good: * Tons of appointment times available, and they were totally fine with me moving it up once my schedule cleared up. * Street and lot parking * Fantastic customer service by the three different gentlemen (sorry, I didn't get names). They were fast, reliable, and polite. I was in and out with the drop-off in less than 5 minutes. * Not only are they polite, but they're super fast and they had the parts in stock. They quoted me 1.5 hours, but it was done in less than one! * The screen seems as good as the original, and they claim they use only factory original Samsung parts for the repair. The Meh: * The website to make the claim kept wanting to send text message verifications. Well, if I'm putting in a phone claim then why would you assume I have access to it???? 0_o Not B+'s fault but just needed to vent that. The Ugly: * Breaking your phone is just the worst. -_- Conclusion: Don't be an idiot like me and break your phone, but if you do B+ is here for you!
