Probably one of the worst dealerships to deal with, dropped of our car on Monday morning for…read moreservice department and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30am. On Tuesday we didn't hear from the service department all day, until we called around 5pm which is after the shop is closed and they said they still hadn't finished looking at it. We weren't able to then pick it up until Saturday morning, upon taking it home, the mechanics did NOT put the car back together properly and left an important hose to the throttle body completely detached, which then caused even more problems on the way home. I don't understand how they are supposed to call themselves dealer mechanics and people trust them to work on their vehicles when they can't even simply put the car back together properly. The manager then called us back the following week and was extremely rude, saying that they did a good job and basically beating around the bush that they messed up because they rather us spend 7k to replace the motor than fix the problems. If I could give them zero stars I would, every interaction with employees there was terrible, they were rude and disrespectful.

I recently moved to West Modesto and was in search of a new auto place to go to close to home. Upon…read morea co-worker's recommendation I decided to try Elite. I was just going for a simple oil change and the battery in my vehicle had started draining after the first freeze and needed replacement. The price for oil change is $49.99, good start. They tested my battery and as I suspected it needed replacement. They gave me comparable OEM replacement options as well as lower cost options to consider. They did not try to upsell me on any services or batteries, which I really appreciate from a shop. My vehicle was ready within a few hours and I was happy with the services performed. Elite is a hidden gem, located in an industrial complex, which I have driven by for years and not noticed other than the A frame oil change sign. I will be a regular customer from now on. You should give them a try if you are looking for a shop in Modesto.
