4/18/2018 I used Google Search, I needed a good used…read morebattery today, A.S.A.P.! 1. I couldn't afford new, I didnt have time to shop around & place an order. 2. I am getting ready to retire my car & need a reliable battery till then. 3. They gave me the best customer service on the phone. Answered all my questions, very patient & informative, gave me both options for old & new. 4. The price was only! $39.95+tax, with exchange of Core -(old battery)for my 2000 Hyundai, Elantra with 90day warranty. This was the lowest with/without exchange of 4 other businesses in the Modesto area. 5. They (Installed my new battery No Charge!) ( AJ Batteries told me on the phone they would install no charge.) I am handicapped w spinal damage and cant lift & bending over the car to install a battery is impossible! ) The Technician that was at the shop, was very nice! Complete installation to out the door took only 10 minutes! After I noticed they Sell tires, he was very Nice, checked my tire pressure, aired my tires I was there all of 15 minutes w battery installation & tire check etc. And as I was leaving he "Offered me my Choice of Water, Coffee or Soda to take on the road! Super fast, Best Customer Service, A+Cleanest Tire Shop around, AMENITIES: Customer waiting area with chairs is inside Showroom, (Coffee ie. refreshments), Bathroom. Also:Display with a variety of Cell needs, Headphones, Cords, Phone chargers,Headsets etc. ***BUYER NOTE: Only (5) shops/stores in Modesto carry Used/Reconditioned batteries, I Googled & called 12 shops. The oldest in business requires an additional Fee to install, the other (3) Do Not Install! They quoted me that they will only carry out the battery to your car after I told them I was handicapped!!***

Screen Card So, long…read morestory short, I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra at the gym to the point that it was completely unusable. Once I got home, I put in a claim with my phone insurance through my provider (Xfinity Mobile), and they gave me an option to replace the phone for $99 or to get it fixed for free. Now, I've heard replacement screens can be not as good as the originals, but on the other hand, "free" just happens to be my favorite price--so I took a chance and put in for the repair. This Batteries Plus (B+) was the closest official repair shop in my area, so once I put in my claim, they sent me a link to schedule my appointment, and away I went. The Good: * Tons of appointment times available, and they were totally fine with me moving it up once my schedule cleared up. * Street and lot parking * Fantastic customer service by the three different gentlemen (sorry, I didn't get names). They were fast, reliable, and polite. I was in and out with the drop-off in less than 5 minutes. * Not only are they polite, but they're super fast and they had the parts in stock. They quoted me 1.5 hours, but it was done in less than one! * The screen seems as good as the original, and they claim they use only factory original Samsung parts for the repair. The Meh: * The website to make the claim kept wanting to send text message verifications. Well, if I'm putting in a phone claim then why would you assume I have access to it???? 0_o Not B+'s fault but just needed to vent that. The Ugly: * Breaking your phone is just the worst. -_- Conclusion: Don't be an idiot like me and break your phone, but if you do B+ is here for you!
