The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. He was professional and friendly. Do we have a pleasant informative phone call About an hour later, I had another question and called it happen to get David the store manager and found him to be very friendly and helpful and professional on that phone call as well and from my phone call with him I made an appointment the following day, which would be yesterday, Friday to get help I politely asked to have someone who is very knowledgeable and with local personality you set me up with Joe and while I'm sure no doubt they have many good people. While I was in the store being helped, I observed many other Verizon reps helping customers with various needs in my honest sense was there's a very strong Customer Service culture in this store in my humble opinion I have plenty of time by myself during this process, the transferring of all the data takes time, but I saw a lot of reps providing great customer service a great energy engaged with their customers and I think it's really important to share this in this review.
