I got there at 10 AM, left my phone, and picked it up at 11:45 AM. Overall, my experience was great! The staff was professional and helpful. I didn't get the African American male supervisor's name, but he was awesome! He made sure I was taken care of and checked in with me throughout the process. Great attitude, and I'm thankful they have someone like him at that store. Security presence was visible, which was nice to see. The store was clean, and restroom accessibility was great--nice not having to walk all the way inside the mall. Make sure y'all have AppleCare! Saved me a lot of money. Thank you! I see a lot of negative reviews here, but I'm glad my experience wasn't bad at all. Thank you guys, Rodolfo

When picking up the phone there isn't much that i was able to notice. But upon further inspection these screens are terrible. My phone has never overheated this much. I also am no longer able to play any games as this part that had been replaced is no longer able to handle the graphics which ultimately lags the whole game. For 120 dollars definitely not worth the quality at all. Honestly felt like a scam as sales are final even though it is defective. Definitely think twice before replacing your screen here. My phone is usable yet the functions are terrible. The screen brightness is very low, it overheats, i can quite literally see the pixels and this is something i have never seen on my actual apple screen. Will probably have to buy a new phone thanks to this repair.
